The official bathroom photos are different from the actual ones. I felt cheated when I saw the bathroom when I checked in. When booking a room, it should be stated that it is a barrier-free room for guests to choose from, and the information should not be hidden.

Location in Jordan quite okay, room: borderline scruffy but in this visit the aircon was the issue & the aircon engineer claimed the aircon quality couldn’t be improved because the air ducts & vents were ‘dirty’. Instead, we were told to change rooms but what’s the point in this type of hotel?

房間一般，消毒水味很重，薰鼻子，前台服務態度很差，並且晚上睡那床單渾身癢，不知道不乾淨還是怎麼回事。最可氣的是退房晚了入住的時間不告知，退房的時候直接扣按金。
