The location is excellent. Some of the staff and service are very, very slow. The place is old and needs renovation

It was a pleasant stay. Good location, easy access to transportation. Close to water front so we can enjoy morning walk and enjoy the view. Room was nice, good for value for room size. Service was pleasant, room service frequently provided what we needed without being asked repeatedly. Hopefully next stay we can get room with view to the sea.

Overall, it is good but the hygiene is poor. Especially, in the bathroom. There is dust in the vents, and mold around the grass door in the bathtub. I booked the family room and filled in the name for 3 people but they prepared everything for 2. I like this hotel. It's big and beautiful, great location.

Thanks to all the staff especially to Cherry and Mr Wu for giving us such a pleasant welcome and the hospitality is at its best. All staffs are courteous and warm.

This hotel is very old decor , black mouldy in the bathroom , not clean properly . But the room is spacious and in very good location . The staff is not friendly, when I tried to extend my stay, they let me queue 3 times , made me waiting until 3 PM to change to other room … not helpful at all .

My stay was simply excellent. The staff at the Regal Kowloon Hotel were consummate professionals, working quickly and efficiently, especially during busy check in and check out times. I received a room upgrade during my stay, which was a pleasant surprise. The room, although being a bit old, was clean and spacious with a spectacular view. The hotel breakfast was fresh, with plentiful options for multiple dietary requirements.

Despite having do not disturb sign on, housekeeping insist of ENTERING MY ROOM while been rejected in the morning. Excuses given was how about me entering to change the towel for you? How about me entering to change the drinking glass for you? This really annoyed me every morning and everyday I’m thinking why do they insist of entering my room everyday? Housekeeping was finally done on DAY 2 of our stay due to the insisting of the housekeeping team. Day 4 , one day before check out. Both the Security Manager and member of the housekeeping team knocked and subsequently entered my room using their master access card without my consent while we were in the room in the afternoon. Their stated reason was "to check on us” While I fully understand and appreciate the hotel's duty of care regarding guest safety and wellbeing, this level of intrusion was entirely unwarranted. Hotel Staff witnessed us leaving the room daily, confirming our presence and wellbeing, rendering these forced entries completely unnecessary and deeply disturbing. My room is the only room that encountered this issue while all my other colleagues did not. So It feels like I had being “marked” by the hotel as I’m the only one that got special attention. The reason given by the duty manager was out of my mind which I do not wish to disclose here. This level of disregard for basic guest privacy and protocol is unprecedented in my experience.

Good hotel and is highly recommended. Service is good. Location is also wonderful. Room is spacious
