Hotel location is excellent which is near to shopping street and restaurants. The room is clean and staffs are very polite.

Metropark Hotel Mongkok is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from Prince Edward MTR station, though be prepared to carry your luggage up a staircase. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ricky at the front desk who gave a warm welcome. The room had a slight musty smell when the air conditioning was off, and the hotel placed multiple air purifiers along the corridor. It would be better if each room had its own. No complimentary drinking water is provided—bottled water costs HKD3 via vending machines, which is cheap for Hong Kong, but only local e-payments are accepted.

Good location , close to transport to China, MTR and local shopping area, Service is ok . We can leave luggage in concierge after checked out till our evening flight. value for money. Not a big Hotel room . But have everything for travellers Will book again Hotel need to deep clean while not in Busy

Excellent location. Very close to the MTR and other public transit. Hotel is clean witn most convenient amenities. Will stay there again and recommend to friends.

Perfect location. Very accessible from the airport (ride one bus only) and from any other parts of the city since Prince Edward Station is a few minutes away only. The hotel staff are very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Walking distance from Mongkok Markets and you'll never run out of food options as there're a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no mineral water in the room. The location is very good near to MTR.
