I didn't see the owner in person the whole time, and I asked the owner for the password lock on WeChat to enter. The room is not soundproof, which is a common problem in small hotels in Hong Kong. Rooms around HK300 are like this, so don't expect too much. It's enough to have a place to sleep and rest.
