Beautiful hotel!
We really enjoyed our stay at La Ferme. The grounds and the hotel itself are stunning. Good location... easy walking distance to town. Room was beautiful, we enjoyed the steam shower. The one thing that could be slightly improved for such a highly rated hotel was the service. The staff was very nice but it took 2 phone calls + 1 trip to the front desk to get a yoga mat in our room (the gym and pool are closed for renovations... annoying). No slippers in the room unless you request them. Only one free bottle of water for the whole stay. The service at their La Boucane restaurant was good but not up to par with other 5-star restaurants. That being said, it is a very beautiful hotel and I would probably stay there again.

Le Monsieur de l’accueil du jeudi 2 au samedi 4 ne correspondait pas au personnel que nous avons l’habitude de trouver dans votre fabuleux établissement . Par ailleurs, l’ensemble du personnel a manifestement une grande empathie envers nous suite à l’accident qui malheureusement s’est produit le premier jour dans votre établissement. Un conseil en cas d’accident, il est préférable d’appeler le 18 plutôt que le 15 . Bien cordialement,

Rien à dire. Accueil et bienveillance au rendez-vous!! Nous y avons séjourné une nuitée dans la suite vue sur l'estuaire de la Seine; vue qui est au passage spectaculaire. Literie de qualité et le calme y règne en maître; nous avons passé une excellente nuit. Petit-dejeuner (fourni avec des produits de qualité et un large choix) servi en chambre sur demande. PS: le chocolat chaud traditionnel était à tomber: je n'ai pas pu y résister malgré mon intolérance au lactose. Petit plus: la suite est équipée d’une enceinte de marque devialet qui fournit un son exceptionnel.
