This is a semi-detached family friendly unit. 2 living rooms and a game room with plenty of games for rainy days. The entire three floors is private and sectioned off and completely yours to use, as well as a completely fenced in backyard with a Summer hot tub (shut down when weather is below 35) and 4 out door decks plus one screened in porch. There is a gas grill and a gas fire pit on the deck. There is direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee with a 40 foot dock directly across the street. The main drive-way is yours to park in and easily fits 6 vehicles. Boat trailer can be parked in a separate area with notice.Weirs Beach, Meadowbrook, Funspot and Gunstock are minutes away. Multiple restaurants and activities in the area. This house can be handicapped accessible with notice. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during these hours.- Each unit is limited to two parking spaces.
