For guests needing to work from the road, we offer high-speed Wifi (~300 Mbps) as well.Guests can reach out to us at any time to let us know what they need to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Please message us through the app (not via call/text) to ensure the fastest response as we do co-host and take turns messaging.A car is recommended for your stay as rideshares are hit or miss in Durango. The condo is located close (5 min drive) to downtown Durango & Fort Lewis College. Purgatory is outside of town and about 35 minutes from the condo.Please note that this unit has no central air conditioning/heating. There are baseboard heaters, ceiling fans, a window A/C in the bedroom and living room (estimated June-September; please confirm before booking), and a tower fan. Pets are not allowed in the unit due to complex rules.We regret that we cannot typically honor early check-in or late check-out requests due to same day checkouts or checkins. To ensure availability, please consider booking the night before or after your stay to allow you more time to relax before or after your flight.We have recently replaced the dining table and chairs. The credit card used for booking will be used to authorize a damage deposit 24 hours before check-in. We do not accept third-party bookings (bookings made for someone else).
