My place is great for a quiet, relax family vacation, there is two beautiful pool plus one pool on the beach, the waves are nice, there is many great restaurants around, a lot of activities (need to pay on site) 24hrs security, gate parking lot, AC, WIFI, Netflix and satellite tv, food delivery is available upon request, the condo is locate it in the fifth floor with a gorgeous view of the mountains and of course the sunset from the beach . Condo and AmenitiesThis is a fabulous beachfront penthouse condo at Hacienda de Mita (HdM), which is located inside the gates of the Punta Mita Resort. It is one of only eight penthouse condos inside Punta Mita that are directly on the beach. The condo is situated on the fourth floor of Building 2 (unit PH 2-2) with spectacular 180 degree unobstructed views of the Banderas coastline and the Marieta Islands. In addition, the condo is only a few steps away from the HdM beach club and a private secured gate that provides direct access to the charming and very safe village of Punta de Mita, which is known for its excellent restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. The 5 star St. Regis and Four Seasons hotels and five other beach clubs in the resort are located just a few minutes away using the condo's golf cart or the resort's free shuttle service.The condo received an extensive top-to-bottom remodel a few years ago, and just recently in October 2022, all of the bathrooms were remodeled again with new toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs, granite counter tops and ceramic tiles. In addition, during the bathroom remodel, all of the interior and exterior stone floors were refinished and the laundry area was upgraded. The condo has very high-end furnishings, luxury bedding and linens, original Mexican artwork, as well as many amenities such as bath robes, L'Occitane soaps and lotions, lighted make-up mirrors, fiber-optic high speed internet, 4 HDTV's, and surround sound. It's one of the nicest beachfront condo inside the Punta Mita Resort, and it's ready for you to enjoy. With regard to living space, the condo has vaulted beam ceilings, approximately 3,600 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The main master bedroom (bedroom #1) and the second master bedroom (bedroom #2) each have a king-size bed and a full bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 has two queen-size beds and a full bathroom. Guest bedroom #4 is a flex room that includes two twin-size bunk beds, a full bathroom, and separate areas for cleaning supplies and the laundry machines.
