XXy007The nearby residents are very enthusiastic. I almost went the wrong way, but an aunt pointed me to the alley and pointed me to the alley. I walked over and saw it. The reception staff were very enthusiastic and the service was very considerate🥹💕Super warm! There was an aunt who spoke good English and introduced me to every place attentively🥰The hotel has complete facilities, including a small kitchen, snacks, drinks, instant noodles and even a wine cabinet! ! Washing + drying is 300¥, and there is also a 50¥ discount for hospitality chips😆There are also large and small towels, pillow covers and toiletries area upstairs~

GGuest UserI saw the review and understood guests had troubled to check in. I encountered the same problem. I did not receive any check-in code a day prior check-in. Luckily, I got the help from a Japanese to call Rakuten and then got the check-in details. Communication needs to improve for sure. Other than that, we had a happy stay.
