MMarkVery nice, family run B&B old style Italian country house with good size grounds.
Well stocked common kitchen, good breakfast, well sized room with full facilities.
Lots of space for parking.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Altogether, a very good place to stay at whilst visiting the area around Perugia.

GGuest UserThe room is small, comfortable bed and very soft bedding 👍.The TV of the old system, without YOUTUBE 👎. There is a balcony for smoking 👍. The bathroom is common on the floor - uncomfortable 👎. The staff speaks bad English, without demand went to the room and cleaned when not asked - unpleasant 👎. The maximum nearby railway station - very convenient 👍. The area is not the most pleasant (safe), but a mini-metro station is nearby, which will deliver to the historic center.

RRobWe hadden goede verwachtingen op basis van de reviews. Helaas viel het wat ons betreft iets tegen. Het is een appartement met 1 heel hard bed en 1 zacht bed. Voor een appartement was het op zijn minst wel handig om wat kopjes, bordjes en bestek te hebben. Nu alleen plastic bekers die niet goed zijn voor thee. Er waren alleen suikerzakjes maar geen thee of koffie. Dat is wel vreemd. Het was fijn om de koffers iets langer te mogen laten staan. Maar bij terugkomst mochten we geen wc meer gebruiken. Alles bij elkaar voelde het wat vreemd aan. Trip.com stelt ook foutief dat er ontbijt bij zit. Dat is incorrect.
