Perfect

GGuest UserIt is a house converted in to stay inn. No good road connectivity, no shops nearby. We have to order food . Only draining water they provide. Complimentary breakfast 2 alooo parota, and curd. Which may cost rs. 80. Not worthy for the stay. Waste of money

Excellent stay @ Giovanni! Rooms are nicely appointed, especially if you get a Superior room or better- they are a bit nicer for sure. Clean, relatively spacious bedroom with very spacious bathroom. Bed/mattress could be a bit more comfy yet pillows were good. Service is at a high level and the people working there are always willing to help! I appreciated the small touches like an umbrella upon request as it is Monsoon season. In a posh section of Bhopal in Arera Colony, nearby in walking distance to so many restos and shopping possibilities. I had so many excellent meals in less than 10 minutes walk! A great price point for a good stay in a prime area of town!!

GGuest UserThe breakfast food quality was good and spread was adequate, not more not less. Some options of ala carte dish ordering as a package of room with breakfast can make it complete though. The service staff is courteous and cooperative. Besides the positives, planning is observed to be absent in the staff, with last minute relocation request and last minute early check out request being raised by the staff, with practically no notice time. A probable miscommunication situation, while ordering a snack could have been handled better by the staff with the customer not being accused of ordering the incorrect food. Further, it's cancellation should also had been easier since the served food was not what was ordered by the client. The restaurant menu needs to be updated in the room service menu. The rooms rates are very high compared to the room size, amenities at the property.
