"Location was good as not far from the main train and bus station. Good communication beforehand from the manager asking me when I would be arriving and then providing details of the apartment and that it would be open with the key inside, so all worked well there. For a self catering style apartment no cooking facilities not a problem just thought there might be some, fridge, crockery and kettle in the room which were all good. Plenty of towels and bedding left for my stay. One thing was there was no communication about how to check out."

Outstanding
GGuest UserI have had a great experience here as a solo traveler woman! Safe neighborhood, only 10-15 mins walk to the beach. The room has everything you need, a comfortable bed, a proper kitchen, coffee, some snacks in the fridge. The booking manager and host Sandra is a lovely person who did her best to ensure my stay was smooth and checked in with me regularly to ensure all was ok! Sandra, hvala ti za sve!
AAnonymous UserIt was cute, lady who owns it was really sweet and friendly. Provided us with extra towels and coffee.
TV had Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc and Google (however when we opened it, there was explicit adult content left on there from previous guest... which was not nice!)
Very clean and tidy premises.
Only other downside for me is that you can't actually see out of the windows, they're covered by external barriers making it quite dark, and also a lot of loud noises early in the morning, very loud banging (like a hammer) and power tools.
Otherwise, good location, not too far from tourist areas and very nice staff.
Llillian liangThe hotel rooms are strategically located in the core area of the ancient city, close to Diocletian's Palace, which is very convenient for sightseeing. The ancient city is also very close to the pier. It is highly recommended to stay near the ancient city when traveling in Split. The hotel breakfast is an English breakfast served at a local specialty restaurant next to the palace. It is very delicious and worth checking out!
GGuest UserGorgeous apartment with large sunny balcony. Staff were amazing and lovely breakfast in outdoor sitting area, made to order plus continental buffet. Short walk to main areas in Split. Thank you for a lovely stay
XXINVery satisfied with the hotel, the location of the hotel is great, it is very convenient to go to the attraction, it is thirty or forty meters away from the silver gate of Diocletian's Palace, and the small road leads to the silver gate. The restaurant where the hotel provides breakfast is in the entrance of the silver gate. On the left hand side, take a few steps from the hotel door to the right and then go to the left for a few tens of meters is the Golden Gate, and walk to the seaside street for a few minutes. The hotel receptionist was very patient. After receiving our call, I was waiting for our arrival in the room at the agreed time. I was enthusiastic about the location of the attraction. The hotel should belong to the hotel, there are not many rooms, but the interior is spacious and well-equipped, the decoration is also new, not bad! For Chinese tourists, as long as they overcome the language barrier, there is no problem in staying. Because the hotel is small in size, there is no front desk. If it is coming, the guests should contact the store in English to tell them the arrival time so that they can send people to the room. .
GGuest UserStayed for a while ~ It was nice to be clean!
But there are a lot of stairs, so I'm embarrassed.
But I was so grateful to be willing to drop the carrier when I checked out! ^^
It was so good because it was near the downtown area near the location.
When visiting split, it's a light carrier ^^ I'll visit again~^^
GGuest UserToni greeted us for a late check in and carried our luggage up to the top floor which was incredibly helpful. He also recommended great places to explore and eat out while we stayed at Split.
VVika GrayClean room with very nice bedding. Great location—about 10 minutes walk from the airport shuttle and right next to the old town. Unfortunately the check in process wasn’t easy. Nobody was there when we arrived at about 3pm. There was a phone number and an email address on the door but without a local SIM card we couldn’t get in touch with the host. Finally after we got a local sim and called the host they let us in. Also the description of the amenities is not quite correct. We stayed in room number 5 and it had no desk, kettle or bottles of water unlike advertised in the listing.
GGuest UserIt was convenient because it was close to tourist spots and bus terminals. There were many delicious restaurants nearby. I had to call the owner to check in for myself, so I asked my neighbor's brother to help me.
