75 km north of Savonlinna. Lake Vuokalanjärvi 15 m (length 20 km, breadth 1,5 km), shallow water, firm sandy bottom, own boat. A large dock with table and benches, also a barbeque. Sieralahti holiday village is perfect for those who appreciate peace and comfort. Nice location at the tip of a small peninsula, spacious yard. Vuokalanjärvi is clear watered lake and rich in fish (e.g. trout, pike-perch, whitefish, vendace). Note: maximum number of persons is 4 + baby (a cot will be provided upon request). The southern edge of the plot is steep, be careful when moving with small children. Tap water is lake water, drinking water can be obtained from the owner's deep well (200m away). Well-equipped cabin in a quiet location by the lake Saimaa. 50 km northeast from Savonlinna, lake Orivesi 35 m, rocky beach, (pier will be built in spring 2023), rowing boat. Wooden cabin with boarded outer walls (2010). On the upper floor, two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with two beds, balcony and WC. On the middle floor, living room with heat storing fireplace, sofa group and TV. Lobby, WC and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor, kitchen, washroom and sauna (electric sauna stove) and access to the terrace. There is a carport in the yard. There are two bicycles available, guests can use those freely. Lawn slope plot in a peaceful location. A steep slope descends from the cabin to the shore. There are stairs on the slope, which are easy to walk along. Sun shines into the plot during the day and in the evening.
