"The charming little courtyard and holly tree are not far from the bustling Chaoyang Street and the seaside. In the afternoon, you can have a cup of coffee in the front yard, watch the cute fur balls strolling around, and chat with the warm and friendly housekeeper, brother and aunt. When you walk into the warm and comfortable room, the decoration design and smart furniture are tasteful and thoughtful. There is also a book full of the history of Yantai foreign-style houses for you to read... In short, I love this place so much! (Thank you for the apples given by the housekeeper when you left. The boss is very welcoming. The sea view room is newly renovated and very clean. The bedroom overlooks the sea. There is a beach downstairs and a wetland park next to it. There are many restaurants and convenient transportation. I will come here with my kids next time.

上島前，姐（房東）主動加了我的微信，確認了遊玩時間和順序，還順便幫我規劃行程，非常暖心熱情。
上島後，姐準時準時來接送，領着我們去了屋子，並沒有因為是淡季就馬虎了事，服務態度非常好。
下面是重點：
交通：屋子離港口很近，位於南島。步行的話也就十幾分鍾，但姐還是主動來接送。
環境：並不是簡單的要素堆疊，是正兒八經將中式美學與建築設計融合的別院，空間感極好，進深開間特別合適。配飾掛件與環境融合氛圍極強，像是借鑒了蘇州園林風格和江南水墨畫風。
客廳體驗：客廳有個容納8-10個人的茶歇室，可以在大廳吹風賞景，喝茶談天。設施也應有盡有，大屏電視，冰箱，聯排落地窗，以及不得不提的屋頂的透光方形頂棚，佈景和建設顯而易見的花了心思。
房間：由於是別院，共有五個房間。可以容納2-3個小家庭，或者是散客像我們一樣，體驗也不錯。
每個房間有獨立的密碼確保安全，兼具私密性，整體基調也沒有被破壞。
房間內也配有一個大電視，和大廳電視互不幹擾。
房間的床上用品非常舒服，躺下去就不想起來，讓我睡眠質量很差的人也可以一秒入睡。
窗簾遮光性也很強。
