It feels incompatible with the style of the hotel/there are many bugs, but because it is a building in the mountains, it is understandable. Service: Very good service attitude Hygiene: The sanitary conditions are average. When I checked in, I was in a suite. There were odors on the quilts in both rooms to varying degrees. It can be seen that even though the bed sheets were changed, the quilt core was not replaced and cleaned. After asking for replacement, corners were still cut and I was told that a full set was replaced. In fact, my bedroom only changed the quilt but not the bed sheets and pillow cores because I found a hair under the pillow when I checked in. When the hotel informed me that the replacement was completed, the hair was still in place.../The carpet is very visible as shown in the picture. Dirty/There are foreign objects on the towels in the room. It can be seen that no one changes the towels after each guest or the cleaning is not done properly/The floors in each room have bulges to varying degrees, and there are holes in the ceiling after removing the light unit/These hygienic conditions are 1800 for holidays.
