Want to stay at one of the most desired beaches in the south without breaking the bank. We are offering this season our updated one bedroom condo for your comfort and pleasure. Great amenities and great location. Across the street from the beach so it's close enough to walk to everything! You will not find a better deal for the location and amenities at Surfside. Surfside is a family beach. Our condo is perfect for 2 adults. It can sleep four but we do not recommend it. it is really to small for four people and we have a 2 bedroom condo that would fit that need much better a little further down Ocean Blvd. Just let us know if you need a bigger place. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent and stay at our properties. This is not a party place. No smoking, vaping, parties, loud noise, or pets allowed. We love service animals and everything they do to support their owner, however, there are family members here with respiratory and other health issues that do not allow us to except service animals at this time. Beachwalk #303 is conveniently located in Surfside Beach, SC between the Surfside Beach pier and the Garden City pier. This is a 3rd floor unit in a 12 unit building. My wife and I have owned this unit since 2002 and enjoy spending time there with our children as often as possible. The unit is in excess of 1000 square feet with 2 full size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a dining/living room area with sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The high living room ceiling and skylight are also attractive features. The unit is spacious, which allows the family to enjoy time together as well as allows an individual to enjoy some privacy when desired.Beachwalk has a large parking area in the back of the building and a small number of spaces in the front. The large pool, located in the back of the building, provides many hours of enjoyment. Since there are only 12 units in the building, the pool is rarely crowded. Beachwalk is just across the street from the public beach access and your feet can be in the sand and ocean within a couple minutes. The Surfside pier and the Garden City pier provide an excellent opportunity to fish for those who enjoy it. There are restaurants near both. The Garden City pier has an arcade and there is live music in the evenings during the summer months. There are community parks within walking distance of Beachwalk that have swings, slides, etc for the younger children to enjoy. Both adults and children enjoy watching and feeding the turtles at a nearby pond in the evenings. It is a short drive to many other restaurants, a water park, flea market, bowling, miniature golf, shops, and many other activities. Myrtle Beach is approximately 10 minutes away for those who want to venture further out.Surfside Beach is family oriented.
