Minimum rental period: 7-days.Family with kids, young retired (snow birds), or just couples who want to spend romantic moments - everybody is welcome.The Avalon community has an Association Application that needs to be completed and returned at least ten (10) days prior to your arrival. The fee for the application is $50 per couple and $10 for every person over 18 years old. Any one under18 years old is free. If you have stayed at the Avalon apartments, and have previously registered, then the application needs to be filled but the fee is waived.Up to 1 pet (dog) allowed per stay max 20lbs upon maturity, nonallergic ( required) coat, $65.00 per stay also would be required.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
