II recently had the pleasure of staying at Arc hostel Barcelona, and I must say it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The hostel is perfectly located, close to public transport and major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I stayed in a shared dorm, but the atmosphere was friendly and respectful. The common areas were cozy and offered great opportunities to meet fellow travelers. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, which is always a plus.

It was good, although they told me that there was an incident the day before with one of the girls, but the hotel resolved it perfectly. They were very attentive and kind in keeping my things after I left the hotel.

The experience is OK. The hotel has a very high ceiling and the mattress is quite comfortable. Facilities: Complete facilities Hygiene: The hygienic environment is OK. The room cleaning only spreads the quilt and sweeps the floor. There is no replenishment of paper towels and clean sheets. Environment: The location is central and the surrounding environment is OK. There are buses to various places. It is very convenient. There is also Chinese food. The distance is also very close. Service: The front desk service is very good. We actively helped us solve any problems when we checked in. The attitude of the front desk is also good. If you have any questions, you can communicate at any time.

Booked a month in advance, the price of the whole Barcelona hotel is super expensive during this period, and this hotel is also twice as expensive as usual, which I can understand... There are both advantages and disadvantages, and the bugs of the disadvantages are a bit unbearable, especially when it usually costs more than 1k. Advantages: Located in the city center, it is quite close to Casa Batlló and Sagrada Familia. The overall structure is similar to that of an old villa. You need to enter a password to enter the building. The staff is very friendly. Although they strongly asked us to check in after 3 pm, she checked the room after we arrived at more than 2 pm and let us check in early. We replenished drinking water + changed bath towels every day, and let us store our luggage for free after checking out. Disadvantages: No elevator (about three flights of stairs), the shower always ran out of hot water for a few minutes (I went to the front desk on the first day and turned on the water for a few minutes before there was hot water. It even happened twice when I took a shower on the second day There was no hot water), the shower on the top didn’t work on the first day, so I contacted the front desk and they asked a technician to come and check it the next day (it did work the next day...), and I needed to pay city tax (8 euros per person per night, the most expensive one among the cities on this trip), and I can understand that I need to pay city tax, but at first I received an email saying that I had to pay 48 euros (cash required), and I happened to be short of 7 euros, so I thought about asking the front desk to see if there was any other payment method. The front desk said there was no way, and asked me to go to the bank to exchange cash to pay. Later, I went to the Chinese restaurant to find the boss to exchange money, and then I received an email asking me to pay the city tax online through a link...

At first glance, everything is great! The guy at the reception doesn't speak English well, but he will do everything so that you understand )) He is very welcoming. The room is nice, everything is neat, but the bathroom... The toilet is loose, there is rust on the bathtub and the shower head itself leaks a lot. Of course, it would not hurt to renovate. Compared to the previous hotel, this one is very colorful )

Excellent apartment well located, close to the metro, supermarkets, and camp nou, and a very quiet neighborhood has parking right next to it at a very good price
