First of all, they show fake pictures, the place is super dirty. It doesn't really show what you see online. One of the things that put me off is that the room a smell terrible. There was a fly and mold on the walls that were covered with paint or some kind of paste. I don't recommend anybody to stay not even at night. No secure place to sleep, no 24/7 reception to consider call a hotel. Consider Staybridge instead almost same price with buffet breakfast and beautiful rooms.Close to The Guitar.

El ingreso del hotel es bonito y la zona de la alberca está agradable, pero las habitaciones y en general el edificio es muy viejo y demasiado sucio, hule a humedad, las toallas se veían sucias, no servía el frigobar y había cucarachas, nunca volvería, el desayuno que incluye solo es algo de fruta y pan con café y jugo

Very disappointed
We stay at a lot of hotels in this price range & this has been the worst so far. Pictures make the property look nice & updated, but it was more like a cheap bargain motel. Very run down, walls/ baseboards looked grimy, air condition was broken & hanging off, it smelled of musty mildew immediately, and the bed was damp. I would not be surprised if there was mold somewhere in this property. There were people yelling outside the doors all night & then the garbage company came at 4am to empty the dumpsters outside our door, which took them a good 15-20 min of loud beeping & banging. We didn't get checked in until after 10pm so we just went to bed & immediately got up & left. We're just glad this was a 1 night stay.
