The resort has: paid washer/dryer, valet parking, two heated pools, a movie theater, two workout gyms, beach access, an on-site cafe (with delivery anywhere on the premises), gazebo, etc. There are some check-in fees paid directly to the building: Key fobs grant electronic access key for building and amenities and are required for purchase of $30.
