Perfect place
The Tel was in an excellent location, one block from the boardwalk/ocean. We walked to all restaurants/bars. The room was newly renovated, modern, large, perfectly clean, very comfortable. Bathroom was large, great shower & sink area. Nice area for micro, coffee maker, refrig. Balcony (2nd floor) was a nice place for morning coffee/tea (provided). Owner was available by phone if we had a question. We were VERY pleased to have chosen to stay here.
Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The only thing is that the picture on ******* is not the same room that we got! The area is nice - beach and broad walk are right there - a couple of beach chairs in the room would have been nice - no one at the property- any communication was by phone

We really like the Tel, although the picture of the room that we were supposed to be staying in through ******* was not the same. There is no one on site so you have to make a phone call which they did reply promptly. I did call somebody to let them know about our room and they said they would talk to management and get back to us, but I never heard of anything other than that property was very nice.
It is very close to the beach (which they do not buy chairs for, and they should ) and you are on the boardwalk!! I would say there again because the price was reasonable!

Recommend
Great location, steps from the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and beach! Clean and updated. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Would stay again.
