Muy limpia la habitacion y confortable con muchos accesorios de higiene que hacen a los detalles. El Recepcionista (Rodrigo creo) muy amable atento y servicial, un diez(10). Excelente y super recomendable.

Habiendo reservado con 6 meses de anticipación, sobrevendieron nuestra habitación y en ningún momento fuimos notificados hasta llegar al alojamiento. Nos dieron una habitación de menor categoría y no nos reembolsaron la diferencia, así mismo nunca se pusieron en contacto ni respondieron nuestros mensajes de reclamo. Otra cosa que notamos es que no había presión de agua ni agua caliente. Lo poco que salía de agua tenía un olor desagradable. Si no quieren tener problemas en su viaje no reserven este alojamiento

Bonne surprise à recommander !
Très joli hôtel, décoré avec goût, équipements de la chambre au top, eau à disposition et lits confortables. L'hôtel est sur la rue principale mais sans le bruit de l'extérieur, restos à 2 pas et plage à 5 minutes. Personnel accueillant, chambre faite tous les jours ce qui ne nous a pas paru indispensable pour un séjour de 2 nuits. Super douche avec eau chaude pour les frileux. Roof top au dernier étage ouvert jusqu'à 23h au moins et ouvert au public donc n'espérez pas dormir avant.

The live music is loud until midnight every night. The ECO TAX, which cost almost 300 USD, was unexpected and felt like a scam. The hotel MRG explained to me that we have to pay the tax.
I didn't want to check out and find another place. I'm not going back to the Arena.

Único inconveniente llegamos y a pesar de haber pagado con anticipación nos dijeron que no teníamos habitación por que estaba sobrevendido me ofrecían un upgrade y tenía que pagar más no entiendo el por que si es responsabilidad de ellos acomodarme ya que tenía mi habitación pagada
