Cet hôtel est situé en centre ce qui permet d être immergé dans l ambiance urbaine sans être dérangé par le bruit la nuit. Contrairement aux hôtels bord de mer qui eux se trouvent très loin de la place centrale. L accueil et le personnel est vraiment parfait. Le petit dejeuner se fait loin de l hôtel mais le taxi est prévu Le restaurant et les brunch du matin sont superbe. Une zone est prévue avec des sièges car ceux de la plage sont réservés à l hôtel. Nous avons aimé la proximité de la plage, le côté central, le calme de l hôtel et sont personnel très serviable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Bel hôtel
Bel hôtel avec un personnel très sympathique. Seul bémol: il n’y a pas assez de chaises longues réservées pour l’hôtel et elles sont uniquement sur la terrasse du restaurant.

Excelente alojamiento, bien ubicado y limpio.
En general muy bien la habitación, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, limpio y silencioso.
Lo que no me gustó:
1. Aunque no fue demasiada la diferencia, se paga más en esta plataforma que si se reserva directo en el hotel, incluyen más cosas como el uso de bicicleta por menos precio por noche.
2. Tienen una plaga de hormigas diminutas que corren velozmente por todos lados en la habitación, espero no haberme llevado esa fauna en mi maleta.

Such a pleasant surprise, smaller super cute hotel, with impecable cleanliness and amazingly friendly team. Loves that we walked everywhefe and the free shuttle to the sister-hotel restaurant for the complimentary scrumptiously delicious breakie was soooo convenient! Opted to hang on a different beach club than the one included but loved everything about this place. Def will be back.

Me ha encantado, hotel tranquilo, muy bonito. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Las chicas de la recepción son un amor, son muy agradables y te ayudan con todo. Los desayunos del Club Las Hamacas son buenísimos y la gente encantadora. La ubicación del Hotel, es muy buena está a un paso de todo, restaurantes, tiendas y playa.

Hotel was clean and front desk ladies were amazing and very helpful. The breakfast (off site) was very good with lots of choices. The location was good however I don’t think I would book this hotel again for a couple of reasons;
1. Room was very small.
2. Prefer having a pool.
3. No sitting area outside our room.
4. No amenities in the hotel.
5. No fridge in the room.

Once Again, An Incredible Stay! This was our sixth visit to Hotel Siesta and the third in 2025…and it is only March! What is so impressive about Hotel Siesta Holbox is that it is CONSISTENTLY WONDERFUL!! Each stay has been with different friends/family and they all agree that this small hotel is a gem. The rooms are comfortable and so clean. The location is perfect in our opinion, just a few blocks from the plaza and the beach. It is true Hotel Siesta is not beachfront and not deluxe (for that, check out their sister hotel, Villas Caracol), yet for us, it is a 10+!! The young ladies who are in Reception are so lovely. Marli, Melani and Zerlet always make sure that we, and our guests, feel welcome with their “detalles”. These women ARE the face of the hotel and they are beautiful. Now, let’s rate their breakfast, included at Las Hamacas. It is amazing! Make sure you buy a few Mimosas to get your day off to the best start! Then comes exceptional coffee, many choices for breakfast from the menu and the BEST service ever! Congratulations to all Management at the hotel and restaurant as it is hard to give such consistent service, yet Hotel Siesta and Las Hamacas does it time and time again.
