advantage:
Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is very good. Although it is not big, it has a unique small garden and swimming pool, which makes it feel more peaceful.
Service: The service is really good and couldn't be better. The manager and waiters are great. The room I was given at the beginning had a musty smell due to the orientation. After communicating with me, I was immediately changed. I was shown several rooms to choose from until I was finally satisfied. Then I gave them fruits to express my apology, and finally we all saw them off when they left the store, which was very warm. I can also help you ask this or order that. Really good. 👍
shortcoming:
Location: Because I was not familiar with it, I thought it was very close to the old town, but it is actually only 2km away. Taking a taxi is a bit difficult during peak hours, and there is not much to visit around. If you can’t take a taxi when you come back from the ancient city, it will be very tiring to walk for half an hour.
Musty smell in the room: The side facing the small garden is probably the north side. Regardless of the floor, there is a strong musty smell. I am personally more sensitive and can't stand it. The other side is fine, but there is a family outside that raises a lot of chickens. Ducks and dogs are very noisy. . . Cannot choose if you are a light sleeper
Hot water for bathing: It may seem to be powered by electricity. After one person finishes washing and the other washes immediately, the hot water is gone. But maybe many hotels in Vietnam still have electric water heaters, so you should pay attention to this.
We would like to share a great recommendation of this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit the Hoi An or Da Nang area. From check in to departure we had an amazing experience.
The breakfast is extremely fresh and room clean, sometimes they even clean twice with turn down of bed and biscuit. The welcoming staff service in unmatched. With special thanks to Jay who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was outstanding. They were always accommodating of any special requests or general questions. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends and stay here when we return.
The two pools were great and evening drinks at the bar with a different live music everyday was a nice touch with a relaxing homely feel. Coming from larger hotels, we really appreciated the homely and personal feel with reception often remembering our room and names. We loved every second. Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience here. Service was magnificent, and the hotel offered different activities. Nice offers were presented to us when we checked in, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as there was a wide variety of choices. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.

A beautiful hotel where you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The hotel is lovely with a restaurant, pool, bar and spa and the delights of afternoon tea, which we didn’t have time for sadly.
Conveniently located for an easy walk to old town, its slight distance means it’s quiet and peaceful. Rooms are comfortable and the evening foot spa was a really lovely touch.
We will definitely be visiting here again!
Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An is a gem in the heart of Hoi An, offering exceptional service, comfort, and a true taste of Vietnamese hospitality. It’s an excellent choice for those seeking a memorable stay in this historic city.
Check-in was very quick, which is always appreciated. The indoor garden area is a real oasis, with a well-kept pool and spaces for playing and reading. The room itself is great: a comfortable and spacious bed, with no disturbing noises, which allowed me to rest perfectly. The bathroom was also in excellent condition and the facilities were of high quality. In addition, the breakfast is varied and delicious, a perfect way to start the day. However, the only drawback was the location of the hotel. It is located on a small island about a kilometer from the city center of Hoi An. This means that for any activity or entertainment, you need to travel to the city. Although there is a traditional evening show on the island, the offer is limited and seems to be designed to attract guests of the hotel and the nearby shopping center. Most visitors prefer to go to Hoi An, which is much more attractive and vibrant. In short, although the hotel is of high quality and offers a pleasant experience, the location may be a factor to consider if you are looking for more entertainment and nightlife options. My stay at the hotel was generally good, but I had an unpleasant experience with the shampoo, gel and conditioner containers which were made of ceramic. These were placed on the bathtub, and when trying to bathe comfortably, one of them fell and broke. This was not only inconvenient, but also posed a risk of accident, especially in a bathroom where it is common to be barefoot. To top it off, the hotel charged me an excessive amount for the broken container, which I found unfair. In many hotels, the dispensers are made of plastic to avoid accidents like this. I think they should consider changing to safer materials for the comfort and safety of guests. In short, although the hotel has positive aspects, the choice of materials for the bathroom products left a lot to be desired.
A little far from old town, but free bike rental at hotel or 20 mins walk. Good location for quiet night. Wifi was very weak, kept connecting and disconnecting. TV also kept pausing, due to lousy network connection. Good service, once you book they will message you to provide chargeable transport to their hotel. We went for a massage but its expensive and not good, also skipped some steps and cut short the massage (paid for 1 hr but only had 45 mins of massage). Overall clean room, good breakfast, clean pool. But on the first day during breakfast, my boss was asked for his room number 3 times, even while eating. He thought it was a bit rude and they should have a system to check on entrance and let the guest eat peacefully after. Also during checkout, the lady was super persistent to get me to write a review on trip advisor while staring at my phone screen while I type. She didn't even care that my driver was already outside waiting for me. I thought that this behaviour was a little overboard as she could have just trusted me to complete the review while I was in the car. And also give me the privacy to write a proper review instead of keep staring at my phone and reading the review while I type and trying to 'advise me what to write'.
But overall enjoyed my stay.
**Great Stay at Little Oasis Hotel, Hoi An**
We had a lovely stay at Little Oasis Hotel. The room was spacious enough for three people, providing a comfortable environment throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome.
The hotel's location is a bit further from Hoi An's Old Town, but the shuttle bus service every two hours made it easy to explore the area without any hassle. The only downside was the breakfast, which had a limited selection. Even the coffee choices were somewhat restricted, especially when compared to other hotels that offer more variety, such as Vietnamese egg coffee or salted coffee. Unfortunately, here, those come at an additional cost.
Despite this, everything else was great, and we were overall very happy with our experience. The staff, the spacious room, and the convenient shuttle service made for a pleasant stay.
Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant.
The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help!
Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!
After finishing my trip to Da Nang, I chose this place for my Hoi An tour. I was very satisfied because it was the view I expected, but my husband was like, why????
However, the view from the inside is very beautiful. I didn't see any Koreans during my two-day stay. I highly recommend it to those who can ride a bike. I went to Old Town by bike in the afternoon for two days and went to An Bang Beach by shuttle bus one day and came back by bike. The breakfast was clean, fresh, and delicious. I also watched the circus in Old Town on the last evening, which was worth seeing. The food at the accommodation was the best, and Pho Sua in Old Town was a good value restaurant. There were many Westerners at An Bang Ja Chi. Shilla Monogram Beach is clean and quiet, but An Bang Beach is too crowded. However, you can eat cheap food. You should definitely stay at Ryu Boutique Hotel. ㅎㅎ

นนางสาวปภัสสร บุตรทุมพันธ์The hotel has a good shuttle service. They recommend places we want to go. Just tell the hotel. The room is clean, spacious, and good. The service is good. ☺️
TTIANYUThe hotel service is great and friendly to the Chinese, compared to the hotel we stayed in Da Nang (Some of the hotels in Da Nang are obviously not friendly to the Chinese, the rooms with the same price to the Chinese are bad floor), so at this point Feeling good at staying.
Then mention that the free breakfast here is really rich and can be eaten like lunch. And if you stay here for more than 2 nights, there will be a free dinner, three dishes and a snack. This must be confirmed with their hotel. I do n’t know if this preferential policy is always available.
Although the ancient town of Lihui'an is 2 kilometers away, the room is humid because of the climate, but it really has no choice in terms of cost performance. The most satisfied hotel in the whole trip.
I can give 99 points. If the hotel has wet problems afterwards, you can think of ways to improve it, then 100 points
MMandyThe small villa hotel, the environment is very good, you can see the rice fields and the swimming pool, not far from the ancient town, it is very convenient to ride bicycles back and forth. Breakfast is a staple food one day in advance, and there will be a morning lobby like fruit milk. The hotel is very comfortable. Remind friends who go to Hoi An, go to the ancient town without buying a ticket, no use, there is no difference between the inside and the commercial street outside, not as good as outside ~ lotus tea drinking, but beautiful.
SSanz64I booked a premier studio with a pool view and had a great stay despite the weather. The guest service was impressive, and the owner, Moon, was very kind and helpful. The staff, including the receptionist and an older gentleman, were also very supportive. The location is a bit outside the main Old Town but still conveniently close. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Hoi An.
GGuest UserI had an exceptional stay in this hotel. Nice fusion of antique and modern style design. Service was the best of all hotels I stayed in this trip (8 resorts and hotels from Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam). The manager came out and greet you at your breakfast and recommend places and answer questions. The beach she recommened was dreamy. I don't like too crowded but Ha My Beach was sandy beach from horizon to horizon. There were like 10 people on the entire beach. Food was great too. Not heavily spiced like some of the foods on the street. Buffet style breakfast with omelette and pho on request. I almost regret I only stayed 2 nights here.
DDo wookI stayed for 2 nights, and the room was spacious and quiet because it was the last room on the 4th floor. On the second night, I got really annoyed because of the bikes upstairs. Seriously! There are still people like this!
The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was quite large and well-maintained. I played by myself in the pool the other day. Towels were well-prepared, and you can also drink draft beer. 69,000 won. I left my charger after checking out, but the manager quickly took care of it for me, so I was grateful. I think I should raise the bike seat a bit.
Except for the fact that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak and kept disconnecting, I was satisfied with my stay.
TTourist VVery good here)
Except for bicycles) I understand that they are given for free, but this does not mean that they have to be so bad) the fleet of bicycles needs to be updated or the chain tightened.
Otherwise, good breakfast, great view of the rice terraces, clean bed, polite staff!
They decorated our bed in honor of our honeymoon)
Excursions are expensive)
The basket boat was offered for 300k per person, but we bought it on KLOOK for 150k for two!;))))
I advise everyone to buy excursions on KLOOK;)
BBOIf you want to stay in Hoi An for more than 2 or 3 days, I recommend choosing this one. If you only stay for one or two nights, I suggest finding a good location to travel more conveniently.
First of all, let’s talk about the disadvantages: the attitude of the female receptionist on the first day of check-in was average and a little impatient. Some people raise chickens near the hotel, and the chickens can't stand the noise every night. There are very, very few types of breakfast, nothing to eat. It’s a bit far from the ancient city, about 20 minutes’ walk, and there are too many motorcycles and it’s not safe.
Advantages: The room area is large, the yard is very beautiful, the air view is good, and it is very quiet away from the crowd. The final check-out is less than five in the morning, because I told the front desk to check out tomorrow morning. As soon as the door opens in the morning, an old man will He rushed over to help us with our luggage, and kept waiting for the bus with us on the side of the road. Although he didn’t understand English, I said he could go back to rest first, but it might be dark. He was worried about the two girls and insisted on waiting with us. Thank you very much.
AarsnalwinThe hotel is a beautiful hotel with so good emotion. However, it feels old and unique, not new.It is highly recommended. The price is so good and clean. The staff were very friendly and the pick-up service to Da Nang Airport was good. Satisfaction is too high
