Terrific location that’s the best of both worlds — quiet spot just a 15min stroll into old town. The corridors are draped with green vines (nothing much to see outside except conceptions and cement walls). Rooms are clean & spacious (apologies for the unmade bed). Extremely good value if you snag a deal on Trip.com. Breakfast staff are delightfully friendly, bringing food and coffee to you that they remember you liked from the day before. Breakfast is an egg + noodles + waffles station (latter 2 are okay only) and selection of fruits and food.

Great location. Breakfast was diverse choices. Love the fresh seasonal fruits and sweet corners, and organic nut milk. Latte and Vietnamese coffee were delicious also. All staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The best part is noise cancellation, hardly hear anything from corridor and nearby street. Pool was clean with great tropical setting. Definitely come back.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The location is good, just 15 mins from ancient town by walk. The room is clean. The breakfast has lots of choice and the food is nice. I had left my wallet in the hotel but the staff helped me to safe keep it and return to me with verification.

Amazing gem of a place , the staff are all so amazing , the food is fabulous , beautiful swim up bar with the most warm and welcoming staff there as well , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a large group , the hotel was always accommodating, this is our second stay and won't be our last

We spent 2 nights here, unfortunately it wasn't warm enough for us to use the pool longer and more often. They upgraded our room and didn't give us the room color I wanted. The rooms were not well isulated, we heard the argument from next door until 1.30am on the first night. The bathtub could not be used as there was no hot water. The breakfast was ok, only the coffee could be better than the filter coffee offered. It was about a 10 minute walk to the old town. The staff was very friendly and courteous at all times.

The hotel is newly decorated, clean and sanitary, with a local style. The service staff is very enthusiastic and can speak English and some Chinese. The location is very convenient, and you can walk directly to the ancient town; you can use the hotel bicycles for free, but we walked directly. The ancient town is very interesting and suitable for strolling. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet with rich varieties, very fresh and satisfactory. I will recommend it to my friends, thank you!

An impressive experience with an excellent hotel. The room was wonderful, clean and luxurious with a plentiful supply of green tea and Vietnamese coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and bathroom were marvelous and the view of the river particularly good at sunset. The only problem was being opposite the lift so there was occasional corridor noise. The breakfast was outstanding with great choice of Western and Vietnamese styles. All was fresh, especially the pastries and fruit. There were chefs waiting to take orders for dishes such as Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Pho and Noodle Soups. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is on th4 edge of How An with a short walk to the fields and river but also only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town and night market area. The staff were incredibly good. They are all very friendly, always greeting em by name and aware of the particulars of my stay. When I arrived late at night, the receptionist had arranged for the air conditioning to be turned on in my room prior to arrival which was very welcome. Whatever I required to help my stay, the reception helped and provided. When I left in the early morning, they unexpectedly offered to provide a breakfast box and cup of tea for my drive to the airport. They are really lovely people as one always finds in Vietnam. This hotel is highly recommended.

It was a really, really great experience! I think I'll stay here again when I visit Hoi An!! Everything from the breakfast to the pool and gym was really great! The pool was heated so it was great to swim late at night, and the gym had a lot of great equipment! The breakfast was delicious and I also used the cinema, which was really great. I recommend it!!👍🏻 The staff were also very friendly~~
