The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are intact and the air conditioning is powerful. The landlord is warm and friendly, with good communication. He can also arrange a car from Hoi An to Da Nang, which is cheap and convenient. It's not far from the ancient town and it's very convenient to ride a bicycle. 4. 冰箱的飲品是收費的，但基本上沒在哄抬價格，反而比一般外面賣的便宜一點。

I'm glad I booked this B&B!
The lady boss is super nice. She made me banana pancakes and poured me tea. I was also lucky enough to meet the lady boss who upgraded my room. The view and environment are superb! I booked a trip to My Son Sanctuary here, which is cheaper than Klook. If you need to book a car or something, you can contact the lady boss or her daughter who speaks Chinese, or you can check it out yourself. In short, I think everything is very good. It's not far from the ancient town and it's very quiet to sleep at night!

First of all, the room was so clean that I couldn't see a single bug. The water flowed well and the shower filter was good enough that the color didn't change for two days. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Old Town, but it's easy to get around if you rent a free bike. The owner's mother and daughter were very kind and told me about good restaurants. They also helped me reserve a bus to go there later, so I was able to get there safely. I'll stay here again next time I come back.

This is a very worthwhile stay. My family of four stayed in a family room. It is spacious enough and the quality of the room is very good not like poor run down guesthouse. The room has aircon and eclectic fan and we enjoyed it very much. It is 10 minutes walk to the old town and very nice to explore around. The guesthouse owner is very interesting, meeting lots of celebrities in his life
