I made a reservation for The Lion King, but... the guest I booked the day before couldn't check out due to an accident, so we didn't have a room. Fortunately, the hotel responded quickly and we were able to stay at a better hotel nearby. The hotel owner contacted us to see if we were okay even after we moved to another hotel and was very kind. If it was this kind of kindness, of course it would have been nice to have stayed!

We had a great stay at Lion King Hotel. The owners were so friendly and amazingly helpful. They preempted all our needs and help to recommend us good food places. My girlfriend and I had a great birthday celebration at Hoi A because of their wonderful hospitality. The hotel room is clean and big, there is even a swimming pool and chill area. Just a short 5min walk from all the night market activities, this is the perfect hotel in Hoi An.

Hands down bests place to stay. Robert is a legend. Made us feel at home, told us where to go what to do and also shared inside in for with us on what to look out for while out waking around. The room was top of the line and bed was incredibly soft. 5 stars all day long. And us Irish are picky but this was by far best hotel we have stayed at in all Vietnam so close to everything also and not one fault with this hotel ❤️ thanks Robert.

The Lion King is perfect in every way, from the welcome to the location. The owners are incredible almost good as the complementary bahn mi. The location is far enough away from the noise by the river but close enough to walk to in 5 minutes The biggest mistake you could make would be choosing another hotel x

Me and my friends had four wonderful days/nights at Lion King Hotel in Hoi An! The hotel has a very nice location! The staff were so nice and helpful, and they speak very good english! The rooms were very clean, and the bed was nice and soft! Would recommend!❤️❤️

We stayed at the Lion King hotel as a group of 4 in October 2024. This hotel is in a perfect location, close to Old Town and easy walking to everything! Rooms are very clean and well appointed but the best part of our stay in this hotel was the hosts. Flower and her husband and the bery kind doormen of this hotel are absolutely amazing! They will make your stay in this beautiful town a complete experience. From the minute you arrive you are treated like family and there is nothing they won't do to make your stay amazing. It was wonderful to be recommended many local places to eat, drink and shop from someone who is obviously very proud of her town and wants you to love it as much as she does. We stayed for 3 nights but I really wish we had stayed longer. There is much to see and do in Hoi an and you can easily fill 4-5 days. Thanks for a great time Mrs Flower! We loved it and will be back to stay if we come to Hoi An again.

This hotel was perfect. It is small, clean, and tucked away from the busy old town but still close enough to walk to. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Mrs. Flowers was amazing, she answered questions we had, gave amazing recommendations, and helped us with anything we needed. She was so quick to respond. I honestly have not experienced the level of hospitality this place offers anywhere else. We loved it and wish we could have stayed longer.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived we felt like family. Flower & Robert were so welcoming, helpful and genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful time in Hoi An. The Banh Mi at checkin, local recommendations for activities (to best suit our daughters age) and food (which were all excellent), as well as the clean, comfortable rooms and beautiful pool made it tough for us to leave! We can’t recommend Lion King enough to future travellers.
