The location of the hotel is very good, breakfasts with a choice of one dish in the evening, cleaning of course, as in many hotels in Vietnam, suffers, not terrible, but hair in many places ((
Many thanks to the reception staff, they checked us in 2.5 hours earlier, and were very kind. The services they offer (evening performance, transfer, transport rentals) are cheaper than in other places, we asked and found out a lot. We recommend the hotel!

Booked 4 rooms and 2 nights stay.
Location and size of room are the only plus points for the hotel.
Negatives:
1) There is no lift (elevator). Have to walk up and down 4 storey. Definitely not for old folks like us.
2) Breakfast has to be ordered on the night before. Only one selection + 1 beverage. Pathetic.
3) There is no parking space. The nearest parking space is about 1.5km away. The charge is VND50,000 per day.

Location not really far from old town. But quite noisy because it is nearby roadside. Customer service is good.
For the amenities, should add on hair conditioner.
Overall is good, bed is comfy.

Budget, this is the key advantage of the hotel. Also very tasty scrambled eggs and omelette, better in Vietnam (for 7 places of accommodation of different levels, in the country)
The bed is very comfortable, but thin synthetic linen prevents you from enjoying sleep
The smell of stagnation in the bathroom, we asked to remove it, but upon returning to the room, nothing had changed
I recommend it if the budget is limited and for 1-2 nights. We needed a change of room, so we ended up here

Good location, the hotel is very close to the ancient street. Although it is located in the city center, there is no noise from neighbors and it is quite quiet. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I stayed during the Tet period, so she told me that there would be New Year fireworks in the evening, and also told me that many stores were closed to avoid wasting my trip. The hotel also provides Hoi An activity package. There are many types of breakfast, and you can choose the main course + drink the day before. I chose banana pancake & Vietnamese coffee, which was delicious. Overall great, recommended!
