We as a family of four rented two rooms here in June. It was hot as heck, so we appreciated the highly functional AC. Rooms were large, clean, and a very great value. Host is very kind and speaks great English. Her sister is also an amazing tailor if you need anything made! Loved the location just over the bridge from old town, and we actually ate some amazing, not touristy street food along with many other locals over near this place. Was also very easy to get to the beach for a day. Overall, a great stay and I'd highly recommend.

Amazing host Beautiful and clean house located close from market but in quiet area Brand new motobike available for rent The host speak real good english and is really helpfull She can provide local tips and booking services (tour and taxi) if necessary Yummy breakfast available as well I highly recommend

Thuy is a wonderful host and recommended great tours to us. The breakfast was always wonderful and prepared with lots of love. We felt completely at home. The room was very clean and we had daily cleaning and fresh towels every day. The city center is only 10 minutes away and the location on the island means you are away from the noise.

This was our second time staying at Sunny Garden and once again we had a fabulous stay! Everything about Sunny Garden is excellent including the gracious hosts, the warm welcome, the spacious room, and the delicious breakfast. One of the things we enjoyed most was that although Sunny Garden is within easy walking distance from the old town, it is far enough away to be removed from the noise and busyness. It is tucked away on a street surrounded by the local community and as such you can be part of local Hoi An life if only for a brief time.

we stayed 2 nights at the sunny garden homestay. the family is very nice and helpful. we were able to give the laundry to be washed (40k/kg) and have the tour to my son organized. the tour was well organized and picked us up directly at the hotel. the room was super clean and the room was large and had big windows. the room and the bathroom were cleaned during our stay. kettle, fridge and hair dryer were available. breakfast could be chosen in the evening. we could even eat early on the day of departure. the hotel is located in a quiet residential area and you can walk across the bridge to the old town. i can highly recommend this homestay!

Everything about this property is outstanding! The room is spacious and clean, located on a quiet street within walking distance of Old Town. The breakfast is delicious with lots of choice and fresh fruit. But by far the most outstanding part of Sunny Garden are the hosts. Dũng and his mother are exceptional hosts going above and beyond to make sure our stay was the very best!

We stayed three nights at this lovely homestay in Hoi An. The family here is so welcoming, sweet and very helpfull and also very good at english! The rooms are lovely and with Daily cleaning. We had booked breakfast here witch is amazing - do that! Strongly recomend this place.

Amazing time!! Lovely room!! Very clean and well kept, the owner is very friendly and helpful, grate location! Can take the bikes wherever for free, also they offer washing service, with a great smell! I Can guarantee!! We recommend!
