I chose the pool solely based on photos on Trip.com and was so disappointed. There was no elevator, and while it had a river view, it was blocked by the road and the cafe roof, and the view was obscured by palm trees. And I didn't even use the pool. ㅠ
I couldn't lie down on the bed because there were ants, and there were over 20 bugs in the bathroom, so I had to catch them before the kids could use the bathroom. ㅠ I decided not to cover myself with a blanket, so I washed up and laid down. I think the kids fell asleep too because they were so tired.
I went for a bike ride, but the bike was poorly maintained, so the brakes and pedals were in bad shape. It looks like it needs a lot of repairs, but I hope they fix it for the sake of others.
This was the third night I stayed in Hoi An, and it was the most run-down and, considering the price, it felt like I only had one night in a really poorly maintained place. ㅠ
It seems like it's run by a family, and they were really friendly, but considering the facilities, it was a truly disappointing stay. I learned again that you can regret making a decision based solely on photos.

The homemade breakfast was delicious.
There were tasty and affordable restaurants and massage parlors within walking distance, and we could take a cheap basket boat ride on the river right in front of the hotel.
The only disappointment was that the Wi-Fi speed was not that great.

fantastic stay, one of the nicest places we have stayed during our trip to Vietnam! Good location but away from the bus streets. The staff couldn’t do more for us and when there were little issues they were sorted quickly!! Such a lovely villa with the nicest staff!

We really enjoyed our trip at “Hoi An Emerald Riverside Villa”. Minh and Co. did a great job helping us with all we needed to know. The location is what we were looking for. A short trip on bicycles to the ‘Old Town’ on idylic small roads. Big rooms with big beds and a clean swimmingpool should also be mentioned. Easy recommendation.

Great location. Tranquil riverside views and only a short walk to night market and old town. Staff are fantastic, relaxed, friendly, sweet and very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Very good value for money. The service is from our point of view of good quality, Swimming pool, provision of bicycles, recent hotel, spacious rooms. The manager is young, available and welcoming. This address is worth the detour, little known and 3 km from the city and 2 km from the beach

I don’t even know how to begin because our stay was just perfect. It’s a family hotel with amazing staff, delicious breakfast, huge beds, big bathroom and stunning views. The hotel has a perfect location, very close to the city center. They have free bikes which also perfect for us to move around the city. Thank you so much for everything ♥️
