Environment: Hoi An is very small. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main attractions. However, the hotel is in an alley and it is easy to get lost.
Facilities: It is a high-end B&B with about 12 rooms on 3 floors. There is a swimming pool downstairs and the rooms have balconies. It is quite beautiful.
Hygiene: Very good and clean
Service: Very good. There is no elevator. The proprietress helped lift the boxes to the third floor. She also helped to book a minibus to Hoi An. It was very comfortable.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at MaiChi Villa Hoi An! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful staff, and I must give a special thank you to Minty and Tù for their exceptional service and hospitality. Their kindness, attentiveness, and dedication truly made my experience unforgettable. The villa itself is beautiful, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after exploring the charming streets of Hoi An. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Thanks to Minty and Tù, my trip was even more special, and I genuinely appreciate their efforts in making me feel at home. I will definitely be returning to MaiChi Villa Hoi An in the future! Highly recommended!

We were welcomed by the super polite members of the owners’ family who assisted us with everything we needed throughout our stay . The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is excellent. Close to the city center and yet quiet. I strongly recommend this place also in terms of value fir money.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mai Chi Villa in Hoi An. The staff are super friendly and considerate to their guests and have a great deal of knowledge about the best places to visit and value for your money! The room were clean and comfortable with great attention to detail. Mai Chi Villa is so conveniently positioned to The Old Town that it takes only a few minutes and you are there! Step out of the front door and you have a great place to have breakfast 20 metres away. Don’t forget to book the Bamboo Circus with the staff. Thanks again Mai Chi Villa!

El hotel estupendo, en una zona muy céntrica y con habitaciones muy bonitas con salida directa a la piscina. La encargada que nos atendió fue estupenda con sus indicaciones y nos ayudó en todos. Desde allí se encargaron de contratar un taxi que nos llevara al aeropuerto y sin sobrecoste como suele suceder en casi todos los hoteles, igual de precio que en la App agrab, es de agradecer. Sin duda para repetir!

Lovely large comfy bed and plenty of space. Air conditioning unit is nice and quiet. Clean and tidy. What lets our stay down was the useless wifi for most of our stay. The staff told us they checked the wifi signal on our floor and said it was good. This was not the case in our room We let them know on several different days of the issue as it was great to begin with. No lift was also a minus when arriving and departing with suitcases given we were on the second floor.

The small hotel is absolutely recommended. Attention has been paid to many details and the equipment is of very high quality. The curtains darken well and the bed was wonderful. Because I asked for a quiet room, I was given one on the top floor with a balcony facing the street instead of the pool. The hotel is located in a small and quiet side street not far from the old town. What was particularly great was that bicycles were included, which you can use to explore the enchanting Hoi An. The service was very friendly and welcoming. There is nothing to complain about and I would love to come back.
