This Boutique Hotel is so charming and quaint. The staff are always on smile - helpful and charming all throughout our stay. If you are looking for a quiet respite then this Hotel is definitely a good choice. I just hope they further develop the place to have a direct connection with An Bang Beach for a more convenient access for guests and other tourists alike.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended We booked 3 nights for 2 adults and 2 children in Room 103 (Family Pool View). Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor and visible mold in the corner. We immediately informed the reception and requested a room change. They told us the hotel was fully booked that night. I asked them to note our request for a room change the following day, as we had an early morning island tour with Hoian Flow. When we returned at 2 PM the next day, we asked again about changing rooms. They said the hotel was fully booked again. While they had cleaned the mold, the smell remained, and my child—who has skin and respiratory sensitivities—was still affected. I then asked to check out early. The staff did not apologize or show any concern. Worse, they only offered a 50% refund for the third night, even though we booked directly through the hotel, not a third party. Overall, the service was poor, the cleanliness unacceptable, and the staff unhelpful. I would rate this hotel 1-2 stars at best. Please avoid staying here, especially if traveling with children or anyone sensitive to mold or odors. Below is a photo of the mold that was quickly wiped away by housekeeping. Updated: After 3 hours of arguing, they agreed to refund 1.5 nights’ stay on July 12. They said the money would be returned to my account by the morning of July 14. As of today, July 16, the refund has still not been fully processed. On July 14, they deleted or hid all customer comments. In the end, they only refunded 50% of the third night. They are blatantly holding on to customers’ money.

Not quite sure what to make of this hotel! Very poor greeting on arrival the lady was only concerned about how we wanted to pay rather than ask us how our journey was! Then after showing us to our room said that no one was available to help with our cases so a 71 y/o man with heart problems and a 67 y/o woman with two artificial knees had to lug them upstairs to the room which overlooked a construction site so unable to use the balcony not a good start. Breakfast was a la cart as not enough people staying to warrant a buffet but was most un appetising and certainly not served with a smile in fact in all the time we were there no one called us by our name and in fact did not seem happy. On the fourth morning about 8.15 a knock on the door to say the painter wanted to come in to use the balcony apon coming down for breakfast no apology or acknowledgement from reception staff. The highlight of this hotel is the great pool and beautiful garden which are kept in great condition. We can honestly say that we were glad to leave and more on to somewhere that might appreciate us,if you stay here I hope you have a better experience than we did but I certainly would not recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel located on the beach. Close to many restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and overlooked a lovely pool. The gardens were well kept. The breakfast was delicious. The standout though was the staff. They could not do more for you, the customer service was exceptional. In particular Trung who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He was amazing and made our stay very special. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We booked this without knowing about the cyclone damage in the area. We may have rebooked if we knew however we are so glad we didn’t and we could help support these businesses during a tough time. They have done an amazing job making the place beautiful again. The street outside is great and you really feel like you are living in a locals village. Whilst the backpacker vibes bring the entertainment for those who need it. There is a speakeasy style bar over the road which is ace too. The rooms are clean, modern and those with seaviews even better, the garden is lovely and if you dont get too close to the edge the views are still amazing. You can still access the local beaches on either side easily. There is a building site next door but there seem to be alot of them in area and it didnt bother us with noise that much. There is no bar onsite anymore but a shop right over the road and we simply brought beers to the garden ourselves.
