Mình ở đây 2 ngày và khá hài lòng. Vị trí gần biển An Bàng, cách phố cổ Hội An tầm 5km – yên tĩnh nhưng vẫn tiện đi chơi. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng gợi ý điểm tham quan. Phòng có bếp riêng, rất tiện nếu đi theo nhóm hoặc gia đình. Bữa sáng đa dạng và ngon miệng. Tuy nhiên, phòng hơi ẩm và có mùi mốc nhẹ. Muỗi cũng khá nhiều do nhà vườn nhiều cây cối – có thể chuẩn bị kem chống muỗi trước. Tổng thể vẫn là một chỗ nghỉ dễ thương, đáng cân nhắc nếu bạn thích không gian xanh và gần biển.

We booked the cottage directly through Kim (WhatsApp). We wanted to be sure we got a specific one, and the descriptions on the websites were too vague. Plus, it's a great way to save money. We stayed in Hoi An for nine nights at Kim's Red Flower Cottages over Tet. She is a very open-minded, kind, communicative, and caring host. She lives right next door with her family. Tet is the most important festival of the year for Vietnamese people, and you can expect a lot of things to be closed in the weeks before and especially after. Business is slow, as they say, and so we were the only guests during that time. We only saw other guests on the day of arrival and departure. Kim helps wherever she can and always has time for a chat. Unfortunately, the cold peak for Tet this year was extremely punctual, and 21-25 degrees Celsius feels unbelievably cold here. There's almost nothing going on on the beach, and the restaurant owners here are also closed most of the time. The location is definitely very good, and with a rented scooter, you can quickly get to the old town, which apparently keeps most shops open during the Tet season, as many Vietnamese tourists come. It was wonderful to experience the authentic hustle and bustle of Tet, even if it's extremely inconvenient as a tourist, as you can't even go to Da Nang because everything there is shut down. It's certainly beautiful in nice weather in An Bang, but it was too cold for us, and you could only drive around and "observe" in strong winds. Apart from the termites in the bathroom, which sometimes got on my nerves, we have nothing to complain about in terms of value for money. To get to the beach, take the shortcut next to Kim's house, and for the best veggie Banh Mi, head to WinWin, just down the street on the right as you come out of Red Flower Cottages (black and yellow sign with WinWin written on it - there's another Banh Mi stand directly opposite). Incredibly delicious spiced sauce with pickled tofu! You won't find anything like it anywhere else in Vietnam! By the way, there's a night watchman and the gate is closed at night. So, security is also guaranteed, if that's important to you, along with a safe in the room.
