I stayed here for 5 days. 3 days on the 1st floor, 2 days on the 2nd floor, room 204~ It takes about 2 minutes to the beach. The location is good, and the pool is small but well-maintained. The staff is very friendly. However, the ceiling fan noise and refrigerator noise are terrible. I had to sleep with earphones plugged in the first day. The 2nd floor is a little small, but there is a balcony and cigarettes are required, so I recommend the 2nd floor even though it is a little noisy. A friend of mine used the 3rd floor before and was very satisfied with the independent space. Because of the soundproofing and machine noise, it seems that it is not good for multiple nights, and breakfast is optional, but I didn't eat it after eating it for two days because it was not good. There are mosquitoes.

We were delighted with An Bang Beach Villa. It was two minutes walk from the beach and five minutes from restaurants and small shops. A short taxi ride from the busyness of Hoi An old town. Tram, our host, was very helpful and lovely on every occasion, it was quiet, clean and comfy. We would return!

Such a beautiful stay here - we loved everything g about this place - the staff were outstanding - willing to make your tone here even better. Our villa /room is with the big downstairs porch which made evenings lovely to sit out - Bed was so comfortable also x

This home stay was first class. Great staff and management. It is so clean and about a 100 yard walk to the beach in one direction and town in the other. This is a great private spot and will return again. Spotless room ,Bicycles to ride around town.

I can recommend this homestay villa to everyone with a smaller budget. Owner understands english well, finds reservations to various places with good pricing, does the reservation with pickup at villa.The room is comfortable and clean. Easy access to the beach.

A nice small hotel with a home stay feel. 1 minute from the beach, you can use towels from the hotel. Old Hanoi is easily accessible with a grab. The staff is very friendly and the manager is very helpful in finding good excursions. Snorkeling at Cham island is highly recommended.

A Bang Beach Villas was fantastic. Perfect location, beautiful clean and comfortable rooms, and the most amazing staff. The beach is a short walk down the lane. And all restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We weren’t disappointed with our stay. 😀🇻🇳
