The staff are so friendly and nice.
(Please note that English/Korean may be difficult at reception at night.)

편안하게 잘 다녀왔어요. 다낭에서 지내다가호이안으로 오기 전날에 (주말에)바로 숙소를 예약했는데 운좋게도 방에 여유가 있고 예약한 방보다 더 좋은 방으로 업그레이드 해주셔서 정말 잘 지내다 갑니다. 호텔이 아기자기하게 잘 꾸며져있고 직원 분들이 모두 친절하게 맞이해주세요. 편의시설과 객실 모두 깔끔하고 정성스럽게 관리를 하고 계신다는 느낌을 지내는 동안 계속 받았어요. 그리고 호텔에 들어갈 때나 나갈 때나 반갑게 인사해주시고 필요한 것들이 있는지 잘 지내고 있는지 물어봐주시는 것도 좋았습니다.

Great experience, the hotel is clean and new and beautifully kept. Staff is wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Hoi An. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The rebranding is also wonderful, very conveniently located!!!!!

Breakfast was perfect, service was perfect, rooms were all perfect with an balcony. Swimming pool for the summer time is very nice also with a good bar outside. You can rent a bike for free to explore what the city has to offer. old town is very close. Overall everything was perfect.
