This is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever been to. Everything came together here: responsive staff (special thanks to Long & Phuong (Reception), and Dung (Chef) - they did their job 1000%, a very tasty breakfast, free, comfortable bicycles, transfer from/to Danang, currency exchange without an inflated rate, a clean and aesthetically pleasing pool, 7 minutes from the old city and 20 minutes by bike to the sea - the views are amazing. I highly recommend you consider this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Vaia Hotel Boutique, we were warmly welcomed and treated with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A special thanks to Phuong, whose attentiveness truly stood out—she seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. Her genuine care and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
While the facilities and breakfast could use a bit of improvement, the overall experience more than made up for it. The personalized service and welcoming atmosphere left a lasting impression, and we genuinely appreciated the hospitality.
Also, they offer car transfer services which is way cheaper than booking from Grab!
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a boutique hotel with heart! 💜

There are a lot of stains on the bedding🥲.
The breakfast was really delicious and the staff were kind. The pool was also nice!!
The airport drop-off service was cheaper than Grab, so it was the best♡
They even let me leave my luggage after I checked out. It was the best
I was touched when they gave me a gift after I checked out🥹.
The staff were really kind and I want to visit again.

The hotel is very cozy and beautiful, the rooms are spacious. The staff is just wow: very caring and supportive, smiling and friendly, they helped to solve any issue. This is especially important when you travel alone. Breakfasts are delicious: there were banh mi, pho bo, noodles, you can ask to make eggs. Pancakes with toppings and fruits. I stayed for 3 days, the weather was not very lucky, so I could not use the free bike because of the downpours. The only remark: it is dark in the bathroom and there is no full-length mirror (maybe in my room)
