It's close to Hoi An Ancient Town, about 10 minutes' walk, family-run. The hygiene is poor, the sheets have yellow stains, and there is a lot of dust on the floor. The bathroom is small. But the price is affordable for only one night! Other than that, the owner and his family are very nice

Really friendly family. Great location only about a 5-10 min walk to the old town. Room was clean, plus the bed was HUGE! Really good stay!

The location is convenient, you can walk to the ancient town, the environment is quiet and clean, and the price/performance ratio is good. The owner is warm and considerate, and I will choose this hotel to stay next time I visit Hoi An.
