Little Gem. An Eco-Friendly Boutique Hotel & Spa

The room was very clean and stylish. Perhaps because they prioritized a stylish feel, the room was not very user-friendly. There was a safety box where you open your suitcase, which took up more than half the space and made it impossible to open it. The breakfast did not have many items. I was hoping for Hoi An specialties, but they were not there. It is a little far to the old town, but you can walk there. I went there once by bicycle, but I had trouble finding a place to park it in the old town, so it is better to walk. It is not close enough to call Grab. What bothered me the most was that the hotel staff (female staff) persistently pressured me to write a review. Even at breakfast, they asked other customers (a friendly-looking elderly couple from the West) for a review and didn't leave until I wrote it, so I thought they should have let me take my time with my meal. I understand that reviews are important, but I thought it was strange to force them. At least, I think that is what a 5-star hotel should do. So at this point, it is a big minus point. Also, when I asked a little about the spa, I was told that it would be full if I didn't make a reservation early, so I should make a reservation now, and when should I do it? Tonight? I also didn't like how they kept asking me questions like "tomorrow morning?". Overall, I got the impression that it wasn't quite up to par with a five-star hotel.
