If I could rate it a zero I would. The owner is a scam artist and so are her staff, got taken to a tailor shop where she earns commission from it which she does for every guest and she wants to constantly know what your doing every day so they can fob you off. If you are thinking about sending stuff home don’t as the information reception has is incorrect to the rate the post office give you. Got charged extra for butter at breakfast when there is no additional charges written on the menu. Our room was only cleaned when the following guests checked out and their bed was changed the bathroom was not cleaned once since we got there and we stayed 5 nights. There was a cockroach in our room.

Amazing address, we had a private room with a 180cm bed plus a single bed. With a large bathroom and everything you need. The owner flower was a great help for our visits and offers a lot of activities. The shaded swimming pool is great in the heat. Their breakfast as well as their banh mi chicken and avocado are super good. We were able to rent bikes to go to the beach and eat in town, both are 20 minutes by bike from the hotel so great. We loved the place and if we have to come back to hoi an we will come back here for sure.

My family stayed 3 nights at the villa, the rooms were clean and airy, suitable for the price, had a pretty interesting pool view, a diverse breakfast menu with a glass of juice. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, especially the owner was extremely friendly and hospitable. Will come back next time to explore more.
