I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service we received during our recent stay at your hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam. This was our first visit to Vietnam, and it certainly left us with unforgettable memories, largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by your team, especially Kathy.
We chose your hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and Kathy went above and beyond to make our stay special. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated room, and to our delight, a lovely birthday cake and spa vouchers were waiting for us. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for a memorable celebration.
Kathy's warm and professional demeanour made us feel at home. She was always proactive in offering assistance, inquiring about our plans, and even remembering our names, which added a personal touch to our experience. One day, when we didn't show up for breakfast, she kindly asked if we were okay, showing genuine concern for her guests.
I would also like to commend the rest of your staff, who were equally friendly and professional. From the warm welcome drinks, food,to opening doors and assisting with our luggage, they ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their efforts to introduce us to the hotel and its amenities made us feel valued and cared for.
Thank you again for an incredible experience. We look forward to returning to your hotel and hope to see Kathy and the excellent staff again.

Hotel is new and clean. I like their deco so much, is so classy. I got assigned to Ame, she is very friendly. Hotel provide shuttle bus to old town and beach, just need to book in advance.
Hotel provide welcome drink and some Vietnamese titbit for us to try. And hotel also gave a one time of afternoon tea to try on Vietnamese coffee and cake. Worth the price staying here

The hotel waitress Kathy provided great service. She didn't tell the hotel that it was my birthday, but still prepared a cake for me, which was really great.

We stayed five nights at the Grand Sunrise Palace hotel in Feb of 2025. The hotel is a short distance outside of the Old Town where it is quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers shuttles into Old Town but getting a Grab car is only 45k VND, less than $2 USD each way.
The hotel is new and in great condition. Our Deluxe with Balcony Room was spacious and bright. An oversized king bed, desk, sofa with hardwood floors made it very comfortable. The AC also worked well.
The onsite team was gracious. Nancy welcomed us to the hotel at check-in and provided us a nice overview of the benefits and facilities. There are free bicycle to check out, if we wanted to bike out to see the rice fields or beaches. Nancy also checked in on us throughout our stay and warmly greeted us each morning at breakfast, with suggestions and tips on how to eat the local speciality of the day served at the restaurant.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hoi An in no small part to the team at this hotel. We had an early flight and Nancy also arranged to have a breakfast bento for our 5:30 AM departure before their kitchen opened. Very thoughtful and proactive service.

The Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An is such a great place to stay! The rooms are super comfy and clean. Nancy and the other staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—they really make you feel welcome. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast spread has so many tasty options, with some changes everyday . Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the ancient town and other spots around Hoi An. It’s the kind of place that makes your trip extra special. Definitely worth staying here!
