Booked a room through Trip, arrived to see that the pictures on the app were completely real. The room was exactly the same, even more beautiful in real life. The space was small but sophisticated, with a private pool and a pleasant scent of essential oils everywhere. Very suitable for those who like a gentle, peaceful vibe
Staff all friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and room was nice. However, booked room with city view and there was no view. Very noisy and not good sound proofing. The private beach they offer is terrible, full of trash and staff at the Silk Beach club were terrible - suggest just going to the public beach a lot cleaner. Hotel great location to walk to old town with lots of food options. And the pool is really nice after a long day out.
Perfect location and heartful hospitality in Hoi An town. It was more than supportive that the hotel lady told us a lot about how we can walk around the town, where to visit with our kids, and how much is the correct local price! The room is simple but clean and spacious enough. thank you for hospitality!
Booked with breakfast, but the hotel said she received a reservation from ******* thru trip.com without breakfast. We have to go find our own breakfast, very disappointed.
I love my stay at Little Residence Hotel. Room is big, cozy, clean, beautiful (nice layout and decor), linens and towels smell good, bed and pillows are comfortable. AC works great! My room comes with a good size balcony.
Location is only about 10 minutes walk to Ancient town & night market. Massage & spa, mini mart and laundry service across the street. Very convenient to everything! They have a free scheduled shuttle service to the beautiful beach and a free bicycle to use for hotel guest.
Breakfast buffet was good! Everyday is different! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Ladies working at the front desk are very helpful, attentive and speak good english. Shout out to Alice, super nice young lady, always happy to help with a smile 😊
Will book the same hotel when i come back to Hoi An. I highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Because of the system error, the hotel arranged another place for our family at Vy Khoa Hotel! The location is very close to Hoi An ancient town. At first, there was a bit of a problem checking in, but the owner was very cooperative and willing to negotiate the check-in conditions.
Originally, the room booking included breakfast for everyone, but because the hotel did not have it, we were a bit disappointed.
Hopefully the hotel will soon improve the booking problem on the system.
An impressive experience with an excellent hotel. The room was wonderful, clean and luxurious with a plentiful supply of green tea and Vietnamese coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and bathroom were marvelous and the view of the river particularly good at sunset. The only problem was being opposite the lift so there was occasional corridor noise.
The breakfast was outstanding with great choice of Western and Vietnamese styles. All was fresh, especially the pastries and fruit. There were chefs waiting to take orders for dishes such as Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Pho and Noodle Soups.
The location of the hotel is perfect as it is on th4 edge of How An with a short walk to the fields and river but also only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town and night market area.
The staff were incredibly good. They are all very friendly, always greeting em by name and aware of the particulars of my stay. When I arrived late at night, the receptionist had arranged for the air conditioning to be turned on in my room prior to arrival which was very welcome. Whatever I required to help my stay, the reception helped and provided. When I left in the early morning, they unexpectedly offered to provide a breakfast box and cup of tea for my drive to the airport. They are really lovely people as one always finds in Vietnam. This hotel is highly recommended.
Nice hotel with strategic location. The beach is just across the road, nearby has a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own pool, kid club, spa and restaurant. The price is reasonable and with nice ambience, breakfast has variety of choices and good of food. The highlight for us was the exceptional level of customer service. All the staff were polite, understanding and tried to help us and supply us additional bottles of water when requested. The free tea break was great and awesome service by Hotel. The restaurant waitresses are friendly and helpful.
The room is spacious, a bit too spacious if it is a river view. I don't know why they leave the door open before the guests enter the room. Housekeeping was not good because the housekeeping room is messy. Breakfast was okay. The good side is the staff are super friendly and the hotel is very near the heritage site.
We absolutely loved our stay at La Charm Hotel!
The staff is so friendly and made us feel at home. The location is also excellent for super close access to all the shopping. Would absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to visit the area.

GGuest UserGreat location. Short walk to Hoi An Old Town. Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Upon arrival they had a host of recommendations and tips. Also very good value for money as its not the most expensive, but you get more than what you pay for. Highly recommended
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, the room is beautiful, clean, the bathroom is big.
Swimming pool ok There is a bicycle to borrow to see Hoi An old town, very cute.

AAnton AnWe booked a hotel for 1 night to visit Hoi An. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was very nice, the balcony is wonderful. The hotel itself is located near the old town (you can walk there) and in a relatively quiet and peaceful place.
Pros:
- location,
- hotel facilities (swimming pool, good beds, TV, robes, towels for the pool),
- friendly staff.
Cons:
- the bar closes at 9pm;
- the pool is also formally until 9pm, but no one kicked us out at 10pm
- and a **HUGE MINUS** - the girl from the reception who sells you additional services all the time: when you check in she offers all sorts of boats walks and taxi, at breakfast she comes up and asks about your plans and kind of unobtrusively offers a taxi, etc. It's annoying, but it's Vietnamese marketing, unfortunately
GGuest UserLovely place to stay , large comfortable beds , family was so helpful. A nice walk from the centre of the old town and river . Nice quiet street. Food market a short walk . Arranged a tour for us . Sorted a much cheaper transport to airport than we could have got . Over all a very enjoyable stay , such a helpful and friendly family.

GGuest UserWe were very happy with the services provided by the customer service staff, Ms Quyen. She was detailed in her explanation and provided the extra mile to make us feel comfortable despite some hip cups with the room air-conditioning. Nevertheless, the hotel management should ensure the hotel lobby was more comfortable for the guests as most of the time there was no air-conditioning at the lobby despite the hot weather. A very short walk to the olld town.
