We absolutely loved our time. The hotel was immaculate, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, only a few minutes' walk to the Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel .
We were so impressed with the hotel staff’s helpfulness and the hotel standard - it’s a great place to stay and their guest relation, Sue has done a great job to navigate us around and showed us many tips of where to go and what to eat.
Definitely recommended for any kind of travellers to Hoi An for a vacation.
Located on the north side of the Thu Bon River, there are many food stalls at night, but they close at around 9pm, so it wasn't noisy. On the contrary, you can have breakfast while looking out at the river in the morning, which is great!
The room and facilities were clean and satisfactory. There are many power outlets in the room, so you won't have any trouble charging your devices. The Wi-Fi speed was fine. The location was good, as it was close to the center of the old town.
I would like to use this hotel again.
We absolutely loved our stay at La Charm Hotel!
The staff is so friendly and made us feel at home. The location is also excellent for super close access to all the shopping. Would absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to visit the area.
It’s a nostalgia vibe hotel and I really love it. Location is just <5min walk to the ancient town and there are massage places/mini mart/food around the vicinity. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy peaceful stay. The massage provided by the hotel itself is really good too! They even prepare a birthday surprise in the room as per my request !! :D
We were very happy with the services provided by the customer service staff, Ms Quyen. She was detailed in her explanation and provided the extra mile to make us feel comfortable despite some hip cups with the room air-conditioning. Nevertheless, the hotel management should ensure the hotel lobby was more comfortable for the guests as most of the time there was no air-conditioning at the lobby despite the hot weather. A very short walk to the olld town.
At the last hotel of the itinerary, I personally think that the location of the hotel is good. It is a distance from the ancient city. It takes only about ten minutes to walk. But at night it looks very quiet and comfortable. The hotel provides free bicycles for easy riding. The front desk can speak a little Chinese, and the main thing is to communicate in English. It doesn't matter.
The room size is good enough, there is a very narrow fake balcony, and the facilities are fairly new and good. Although the booking stated that breakfast is not included, the hotel still gave us breakfast, but the level of breakfast is the worst among the five four- and five-star hotels I have stayed in Vietnam these days. There are few choices and it’s not tasty. There are no highlights. , There is a five-star hotel with the same name next to it that looks very luxurious. Some guests on TripAdvisor may write reviews next door to this one. Please pay special attention to this. This is a four-star hotel and the next door is a five-star hotel. , The appearance of one star is short of several stalls. But the price is good, the service is also very good, and it is forgivable.
special reminder:
You can walk through the residential area at the back to the Red Bean restaurant on TripAdvisor, which is also a restaurant inside a five-star hotel. Go through the lobby of the hotel and tell the front desk that red bean will take you in. . Because this restaurant only speaks English and the price is high, there are few comments on Dianping. However, I would say that this is a very high-class Vietnamese restaurant, which is the only one that offers Vietnamese cuisine to the French level without losing authenticity. We have eaten all kinds of local stalls in Vietnam, and we have also eaten many Internet celebrity restaurants. It is nowhere near as good as this one. The waiter only takes care of a few tables and the service is almost on top of Haidilao. My parents are also very satisfied. Although it is much more expensive than other restaurants, after all, in Vietnam, the per capita is only a little over 100 yuan for a full meal. Don't listen to the 150 buffet at the front desk. Be sure to order dishes. One set menu is cheap and delicious!
The breakfast at this restaurant can be added to 70 RMB for you to eat in. I would recommend you not to eat the breakfast delivered by the hotel in the morning, and add money to red bean for a meal.
We spent 2 nights here, unfortunately it wasn't warm enough for us to use the pool longer and more often. They upgraded our room and didn't give us the room color I wanted. The rooms were not well isulated, we heard the argument from next door until 1.30am on the first night.
The bathtub could not be used as there was no hot water. The breakfast was ok, only the coffee could be better than the filter coffee offered.
It was about a 10 minute walk to the old town.
The staff was very friendly and courteous at all times.
An impressive experience with an excellent hotel. The room was wonderful, clean and luxurious with a plentiful supply of green tea and Vietnamese coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and bathroom were marvelous and the view of the river particularly good at sunset. The only problem was being opposite the lift so there was occasional corridor noise.
The breakfast was outstanding with great choice of Western and Vietnamese styles. All was fresh, especially the pastries and fruit. There were chefs waiting to take orders for dishes such as Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Pho and Noodle Soups.
The location of the hotel is perfect as it is on th4 edge of How An with a short walk to the fields and river but also only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town and night market area.
The staff were incredibly good. They are all very friendly, always greeting em by name and aware of the particulars of my stay. When I arrived late at night, the receptionist had arranged for the air conditioning to be turned on in my room prior to arrival which was very welcome. Whatever I required to help my stay, the reception helped and provided. When I left in the early morning, they unexpectedly offered to provide a breakfast box and cup of tea for my drive to the airport. They are really lovely people as one always finds in Vietnam. This hotel is highly recommended.
Nice hotel with strategic location. The beach is just across the road, nearby has a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own pool, kid club, spa and restaurant. The price is reasonable and with nice ambience, breakfast has variety of choices and good of food. The highlight for us was the exceptional level of customer service. All the staff were polite, understanding and tried to help us and supply us additional bottles of water when requested. The free tea break was great and awesome service by Hotel. The restaurant waitresses are friendly and helpful.

Very Good
Ttony.wnpThe room is spacious, a bit too spacious if it is a river view. I don't know why they leave the door open before the guests enter the room. Housekeeping was not good because the housekeeping room is messy. Breakfast was okay. The good side is the staff are super friendly and the hotel is very near the heritage site.
GGuest UserGreat location. Short walk to Hoi An Old Town. Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Upon arrival they had a host of recommendations and tips. Also very good value for money as its not the most expensive, but you get more than what you pay for. Highly recommended

LLet’s Go Solo!Staff all friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and room was nice. However, booked room with city view and there was no view. Very noisy and not good sound proofing. The private beach they offer is terrible, full of trash and staff at the Silk Beach club were terrible - suggest just going to the public beach a lot cleaner. Hotel great location to walk to old town with lots of food options. And the pool is really nice after a long day out.
GGuest UserLovely place to stay , large comfortable beds , family was so helpful. A nice walk from the centre of the old town and river . Nice quiet street. Food market a short walk . Arranged a tour for us . Sorted a much cheaper transport to airport than we could have got . Over all a very enjoyable stay , such a helpful and friendly family.
