My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Signature Hoi An, and we absolutely adored our entire experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The location couldn't have been better – it was so easy to explore the charm of Hoi An, but still felt wonderfully peaceful when we returned to the hotel. Our room was not only incredibly stylish and beautifully designed but also super comfortable, making it a joy to relax in after a day out. Breakfast each morning was a real treat! There was such a delicious spread, and we always looked forward to starting our day with their tasty offerings. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was so genuinely friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, they even gave us a really helpful map with all the local attractions marked out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation for where to go, they were always ready with great suggestions and a smile. A special shout-out to Vy – your warmth and helpfulness really made our stay even more special! We honestly loved every minute at The Signature Hoi An. We're already planning our next trip back!

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is only a 5 mins walk away from the hoi an ancient town. Service staff were great as well and the rooms were big.

This Resort was the best resort I’ve ever visited in my life. My whole family loved the room, breakfast, facilities and even the staff members were so lovely and kind🥰 Got lot of beautiful pictures from the resort surroundings. We had really good sleep and enjoyed a lot, And they provide shuttle buses to the Old town market and An bang beach, could save some money😅 I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who reads my review. You’ll never regret!!! I will visit here again when I come to Hoian next time. Thank you❤️❤️

This was my second visit, having first stayed here 7 years ago. The facilities seemed noticeably cleaner than on my previous visit. My two-night stay was very comfortable and completely hassle-free! Breakfast was excellent on both days. The complimentary bike rental was a fantastic perk, allowing me to leisurely explore Hoi An.

Excellent services!! I had great time staying at this place. Everything is brand new, hygienic and well-designed. People from here they took good care of us, from receptionists, B&B to security guys, they’re all friendly and professional. Highly recommended this pretty boutique village to you all. It's such a great place to stay. I only stayed for 1 night. If I have known it earlier, I would have stayed more nights. The environment is great for relaxation. The staff upgraded my room to pool view with a balcony. The view is beyond description. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I can just sit there and enjoy myself for hours. I forgot to bring my adapter with me. The staff has helped me find a local store to buy a new adapter. Super grateful for her help. The only downside is it's a bit far from the city center and hard to reach. But I won't complain given all the great experience I had in this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, nice garden. The room is spacious with a small balcony. Impeccable cleanliness, cleaning done every day. Air conditioning, kettle, fridge, TV5monde, wifi, bathrobes... The staff is lovely. The breakfast buffet is very good. The downsides: The pool is exposed to the sun all day and after 8am the water is too hot to swim. The soundproofing of the room is poor.
