What makes this hotel special is the excellent customer service fr their staffs esp the breakfast service staffs like Xiao Ai fr the restaurant. Always a big smile n so helpful with everything. The whole team including the high tea team r all so friendly n hardworking. Love the selection of food too, we got to sample some authentic mongolian dishes like the lamb siew mai n pulled meat which was a bonus! The room is very clean n new. We had a very wonderful 4nites stay!👍🏼

Great location next door to shopping mall. Hotel clean, room clean, staff efficient and attentive. Well appointed and decorated rooms above what was expected based on many reviews. Bed very comfortable with pillows better than most. Recommended.

Facilities: Because I brought a dog, I set a tatami room, the mattress was very comfortable and I slept well. Beautiful hotel, excellent stuff clean facilities nearly renovated I would recommend this to anyone. The only disappointment was breakfast. We were told that it was a mix of both Western and Chinese and it was mostly just Chinese breakfast. So they need to get more options for Western breakfast and then this day will be amazing.  the stuff was very nice to as there was no hot water for over a day and to apologize, they gave us a fruit plate, which was beautifully decorated.
