Had problem with breakfast. Had booked it in the hotel cafeteria days before but on the last day the cafeteria was not working. Staff tried to get us breakfast from the in-house hot pot restaurant but it was not working too. Since we had a flight early we had to leave for the airport without eating anything. Otherwise pretty good location and had more than enough amenities. It is only 10min walk from the main shopping square and 20min walk from Manduhai garden.

The hotel is newly opened. It has tasteful decoration and a good location. It is very close to attractions. It takes about 10 minutes to take a taxi to the Jokhang Temple. The room is large and the facilities are high-end and comfortable. The front desk service is very good. The breakfast has a variety of varieties and local characteristics, such as Mongolian milk tea, The cheese is delicious, recommended experience!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The lady at the front desk was very beautiful when I entered the lobby. The service was very good, which made me feel like I was at home. There was also a dedicated service butler who accompanied me throughout the whole process, as well as every smile from the housekeeping lady. The breakfast was also very rich with special delicacies. I like this hotel very much. I will choose it again if I travel with my children next time!
