The best in this hotel is the super nice staff. The room was clean, afternoon tea is OK. I didn't try the breakfast. BIG minus - no coffee in the room. Tea, which supposes to be in the room, was never in there. This is strange because every day I had to ask the staff for tea.

The room was quite clean, and while the decor showed its age, it didn't feel outdated. There were more hooks than in typical hotels, which made it very convenient to hang clothes and bags. The window soundproofing was excellent; as a light sleeper who is genuinely sensitive to noise, I barely heard any outdoor sounds once I was in the room. There was also no peculiar smell when I turned off the air conditioning. Crucially, I didn't see any bugs or get bitten by mosquitoes during my stay. The mattress was neither too soft nor too firm, offering good support. I usually prefer a firmer bed, so this one was just right – definitely much better than those so soft you feel like sleeping on the floor. I really liked the hotel's location. Right downstairs, next door, is a large sports field, and just past the field is Qingcheng Park. A short stroll from there takes you to Kuanzhai Alley, which was perfect for someone like me who loves to walk around. Breakfast was quite plentiful. They offered shaomai (steamed dumplings) and milk tea; I ended up eating 7 shaomai! 😂 The milk tea was unremarkable, but I much preferred the soy milk. The cheese selection was a bit limited, seemingly only cheddar and Gouda. I didn't see any other varieties. Service-wise, it's a matter of personal opinion, I suppose. The staff I encountered were all quite young and didn't come across as particularly warm or enthusiastic. However, their service quality and efficiency were definitely on point. They were helpful in solving problems; for example, when I called for earplugs close to 11 PM, they were delivered to my room within minutes. A minor downside was that food delivery couldn't come directly to the room; I had to go downstairs to the lobby entrance to pick it up. I stayed at three different hotels over three nights in Hohhot, intending to compare them all. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, it's highly likely I'll choose to stay here again next time I visit.

It's okay to stay one night for a business travel. great location

The building and facilities are brand new. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable and spacious. It's equipped with various smart home features, including electric curtains and a smart speaker. They also provide complimentary laundry facilities, a mini-fridge, a TV, and a gym. The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling downtown area, not far from major tourist attractions. Breakfast was also delicious. The staff were incredibly warm and responsible, even helping to watch our laundry while it dried and then folding our clothes for us. This thoughtful gesture truly warmed our hearts and made our trip even better. We'll definitely be back!

The room facilities are complete and clean. The TV projection is good, the room is soundproof, there are many guest supplies in the room, the lobby is fragrant, and there are robots delivering food. The breakfast is delicious, and there is afternoon tea. The afternoon tea has Starbucks coffee and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. The hotel is also in a great location and is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.

The room of Yulun Hotel is very cost-effective. The room is very clean. The beautiful lady Fangfang at the front desk is very enthusiastic and considerate. The friendly attitude is very good, the room facilities are complete, the service staff are of high quality, and the hotel staff sister is also very good. At the beginning, she was very patient and showed me the overall feeling of the room. She was very patient, which is very different from some express business hotels. Same. Overall great value for money and a very satisfying experience. Parking is available at the door, and it is close to the subway station, a three-minute walk. I will choose here next time.

Clean, hi-tech and great service! The free laundry room made all the difference for us folks who like to wear freshly clean clothes every day. The hotel staff were very patient with us as we tried to communicate with them using Google Translate, due to our complete lack of Chinese language proficiency. Loved being able to distance from the ever-present tobacco smoke while inside the hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again. 

Location was great for those who are going to Affiliated hospital, right across the road.  AC wasn’t working it was really hot.

We booked a twin room and a three-bed room, both rooms have a loft bed that needs to climb the escalator to get there. For families with elderly and children, it is really inconvenient to go up and down. It is recommended to confirm the details of the room type before booking. In terms of price, the charge of four or five hundred yuan a night, combined with the overall experience, the price is really not high. What is more important is that the store actually asked for offline transfer payment at the beginning of the stay. This obviously lacks platform guarantee. Fortunately, we insist on paying through formal channels to avoid potential risks. The most disappointing thing is breakfast, you can score 0 points: the soup dumplings are too salty to swallow, the egg supply is seriously insufficient, and the people who come later are gone. And breakfast has to wait until 9 o'clock to start, very unfriendly to the guests who plan to go out early to play, the housekeeper reason is that they do not go to work at 9 o'clock, speechless. . More unreasonable, the three-bed room clearly lived for three people, gave two breakfasts, saw that we had to make instant noodles, only gave one more service, such a rigid service is not flexible, it really makes people feel blocked, never lived in such a uncomfortable homestay. Of course, there are rare highlights in the accommodation: the yard is elegantly maintained, and there is a moth of sika deer. Overall, this stay is far below expectations and I really don't recommend it. I hope the store can face these problems, from service flexibility, quality of meals to payment process, it is good to improve, don't disappoint the good view of this yard.
