It was great. They helped me dry clean my own bedding and offered to pour water while I was waiting for the bus downstairs. Although the breakfast had few varieties, they had all the specialties. The door of the room I checked in at the beginning was being renovated, so they immediately helped me change the room. The service was great! I will stay here again next time.

住的行政大床房，房間很大，很乾凈。浴室廁所乾濕分離，浴室水流很沖，洗手枱離得不算太遠。隔音還可以，鞭炮聲不斷也沒辦法，確實太響了。前台工作人員和保潔人員服務很到位，電梯刷卡才能上，安全性較好。位置離呼和浩特站不遠，相對方便。評價基本一樣。因為我定了好幾間房哈哈哈。

The local specialty steamed buns are very ceremonial, and they are served with tea and side dishes. This is the most eye-catching. The beef jerky with milk tea is soft and sticky, which is really great. The mutton offal is not greasy and delicious. Free mineral water can be seen everywhere in the hotel, which is full of emotional value. The only drawback is that the professionalism of the front desk staff is a bit lacking. When booking, I noted that I didn't want a room at the elevator entrance and wanted a non-smoking room. I redeemed my points to arrive at the hotel four hours in advance. I received a message from Ctrip saying that I could arrive at the hotel at 10 o'clock. I arrived at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. When I checked in, I was still arranged to stay in a room at the elevator entrance. After communication, I admitted that I neglected to check the reservation information, but I changed the room later. It just delayed some time and was changed in about an hour. It was okay to have afternoon tea in the restaurant. After checking out the next day, the front desk brought a bad experience again. They called and asked me if I left my hair dryer in the hotel and took the hotel's hair dryer away. May I ask why I brought my own hair dryer when I stayed in the hotel? I said no, otherwise you can ask the guests the day before. The front desk still insisted that the room lady said the hair dryer was different, implying that I took it away. It was really speechless. Are there such boring guests who specifically exchange their own hair dryers for the hotel's hair dryers? I don't know if they found it later... The only unpleasant experience was caused by the front desk. I hope to strengthen training.
