前台辦理入住有點繁瑣。房間真的很好，睡的很舒服。入住時正在打掃房間，因為有朋友過來，讓客房服務幫着泡了茶，還幫我借來了充電器，送到房間一些水果，我認為在呼和浩特目前沒有可以超過內蒙飯店服務水準的同級別酒店。

很不滿意的一次住宿！
陪媳婦到內蒙古人民醫院產檢，選擇的內蒙古飯店。到店要求選擇房間舒適安靜一點，前台安排了815號房間。這房間緊挨着電梯口和雜物間，房間內部地方不大，説洗個澡，沒有沫浴露，也就沒洗；夜裡準備睡覺，關了燈和空調，才發現有其他異響，聲音很大！第二天還要去醫院，也就忍耐下，沒和酒店前台説換房間！

離開酒店1小時多，內蒙古飯店前台打過電話説沐浴露洗髮水丟了，我走的時候衹帶了，酒店裡的刮鬍須的和棉簽！內蒙古飯店***********，這個電話打過來，我和她説衹拿了刮鬍須的和棉簽，前台回覆我刮鬍須的要錢，要100元！免費的東西還敢要錢！！！！消費者協會不管？？？？
又過了半小時，自覺欺負人的梅蒙古飯店***********前台又打開電話，問我住的滿意不？滑稽！！！！
店大欺人太甚，還問滿意否？
