總體來説還是蠻不錯的
設施：還是有些老舊的
衞生：很乾凈，有一次性馬桶套
環境：隔音很好，晚上睡覺沒有噪音
服務：前台的幾位工作人員態度都很好，有禮貌，提出問題也會耐心解決。

入住第一天，一開房間門一股熱流撲面而來，酒店設施標明有空調。經過諮詢酒店前台人員告訴我們（理由是6.15日呼和浩特市才統一供應空調）酒店開窗户後的室温29度，外面温度16度。屋裡跟蒸籠似的根本沒法呆，導致住酒樓的第一晚整夜睡不着覺，在車裡將就了一宿。
這個問題跟酒店反應後，酒店的一個領導答應送我們兩頓早餐和一頓晚餐作為賠償。
後來到了第二天晚上實在太熱了我們申請了退房，那裡的領導為了不讓我們退房才給了我們兩個電扇將就了一晚。
因為是自助餐需要自己取餐食，餐具的衞生不乾淨，而且晚餐的炒菜不新鮮聽在他們那裡住宿的人説是中午的剩菜，放到了晚上讓客户使用。導致我們晚飯吃的胃裡很不舒服。
酒店房間的衞生問題，地毯上有蟲子，毛巾裏夾着頭髮。衞生間牆上和牆縫發黴，地漏已經壞了。

我是覺得價格很實惠的，設施也夠用，打掃的很乾凈，周圍有羊肉火鍋，有燒麥店，還有蒙牛專門店，符合日常飲食需求。

這次入住體驗非常滿意，酒店的設施完善，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，衞生細節做得非常到位，整體環境讓人感覺很温馨。無論是大堂的格調還是客房的佈置，都能看出酒店的用心。
尤其要表揚劉經理的服務，真正體現了“賓至如歸”！從入住時的熱情接待，到期間主動詢問需求、及時協調解決問題，態度專業又親切。這種周到細緻的服務讓人印象深刻！

房間整潔，細節貼心，有給客人準備馬桶套。原本早餐的餐廳在裝修，早餐就安排在一個宴會廳，加之五一用餐人多，餐具和餐品供應有不及時；早餐的現煮麪和奶茶不錯。
