酒店設施齊全，交通方便，距離高鐵站也很近，邊上就有購物中心，吃飯交通方便。環境優美，高層可以看日出日落。早餐品種有很多種，有當地特色，品質也不錯，中餐品種較多，房間比較寬敞和床墊被褥舒適，衞生間設施齊全乾凈，水温水量都很好。房間都很大很整潔；設施很全也很新，高層景觀也很好的，前台服務熱情周到細緻，非常值得推薦入住，贊。

看了攜程上各種差評，還是不信邪入住了，衝著萬豪酒店品牌。
辦理入住還是很順利，房間設施老舊，這是有提前有心理預期的，畢竟是開了15年的酒店。房間沒有冰箱，連個茶杯和茶包都沒有，抽紙衹有衞生間有。洗髮水沐浴露都是大瓶罐裝的，與酒店品牌不符。
服務就更加糟糕了。晚上20點回房間，要了兩個蕎麥枕，説是馬上送過來。半小時後沒送到，打電話説再催一下，過了20多分鐘，還是未送到，無奈衹能到前台催促，在這之後10幾分鐘才有服務員送過來，毫無歉意，衹有不屑的一句太忙了。
第二天跟前廳值班經理反映服務的問題，説有收到並回復會改進，但是第二天並未再要求客房服務，所以改進結果如何不得而知。但是跟前廳經理要求的給房間加冰箱的訴求第二天有得到解決。
總體感受:無論從服務，還是設施，離酒店品牌差距甚遠。
