Clean room. Very nice and authentic breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The best in this hotel is the super nice staff. The room was clean, afternoon tea is OK. I didn't try the breakfast. BIG minus - no coffee in the room. Tea, which supposes to be in the room, was never in there. This is strange because every day I had to ask the staff for tea.

Went for a business travel. It's a nice stay for business purpose, the room was nice, the bed very comfortable and enough clean. Quality-price very good. The atmosphere was very relaxing, with good wifi and enough common area spaces for work, if you don't want to stay the whole day in the room. The breakfast was okay: they provided the must have of the continental breakfast: coffee and toast. probably the chinese foods was very good but I wasn't ready for a noodle or dumpling in the morning. The staff has very good manners and always wanted to help. They provide as well for a complimentary afternoon tea til very late and it's very nice to drink a warm tea while working on the sofa of the common area. I got the chance to visit as well the center and it's about 3km far from the old street. Easy to rent a bike or ebike.

There is no water retaining strip on the glass door of the shower room. When taking a shower, water flows onto the bathroom floor. Moreover, the glue in the entire glass shower room is yellow and moldy, making it feel dirty!
